The staffs are so kind!”
We family stayed on May. The staffs so kind, and reliable. They can't speak English, but we can communicate by translator device. They always look out for us. We want to stay again when we travel.

Most satisfied is the attitude of the hotel staff very polite, friendly. Location right in the center, clean hotel. If have opportunity come back, i will still choose Zhuiyi hotel.

Really Lovely ”
had a really nice time. I was traveling to Zhangjiajie for the first time and I was really nervous because it's a small place and I wanted to see the best way to see everything. the hotel staff was really helpful and their services were impeccable. the treated is like family. they showed us the map of national Forest Park and guided us on the routes to take. helped is get a taxi to the airport in cheap. helped get medicine when I fell ill. just a really lovely experience.

Comfortable stay”
Comfortable hotel. Super friendly staff. They did not speak English however were pretty savvy with translation technology which made communication very easy. Location is approximately 3km from Wulingyuan National Park ticket office and around 1-1.5km from central Wulingyuan. Facilities are clean and modern. Traffic in area generally noisy due to large amounts of tourist buses and local traffic tendency to use horns liberally, however I don't imagine anywhere else in the area would be any different - certainly not the fault of the hotel. Very happy with price of accommodation; would happily stay again.
