the place located inside the Zhangjiajie Park. The owner, Ms Carol is a very helpful person and speaks English. She is very kind and even fetch us from the bus station to her place. Only that, they dont have heater during winter.😂 but overall perfect!

Carol who runs the place was very helpful. We got lost when trying to find the place, but when we called carol she arranged transport and even drove us some of the way herself. She also helped us planning our day-trips in the park. She speaks English well, so the communication went very easily. The place is ran by the entire family, so living there is a very local experience. They will be glad to serve great food for you. Would highly recommend for those looking for a place inside the park!

Owner very willing to help with meals.Rooms very comfortable with wonderful hot showers, ac and large windows with views. Only downside; rooms never checked during our stay so bins needed emptying.

Once we finally arrived to Tongfu after a hiccup with our pick up from the train station, everything was great! The lady who runs the Inn is so so so lovely!! she doesn't speak English but manages to communicate through a book with key phrases and information written down. She helped us get a great deal with our cable car passes and cooked us the most glorious food the while time we were there. This is a family home so expect to be living among the locals lives and families. Awesome location within the park. Definitely recommend but just make sure you have an absolute guaranteed transfer out there before you arrive. The location shown on maps is very misleading.

1. The hotel owner had some good relationship with Yangjiajie Ticket Office Park entrance & Cable car. So if you are late just call for help. It works. 2. As this hotel is inside the park , you can arrange your dinner with hotel owner.

Nous étions 3 étudiantes à y avoir séjourné pendant les vacances chinoises d'octobre, ce qui fait que nous avons dû payer un prix assez élevé. La chambre (3 lits simples) était correcte. Nous avons pu choisir la chambre que nous voulions et notamment le site de l'hôtel. Ils possèdent 2 sites : un à l'intérieur du parc de Zhangjiajie, l'autre à côté de l'entrée (10 min à pieds). Je recommande fortement celui à côté de l'entrée, car plus propre. Et même si l'autre site est à l'intérieur du parc, il faut quand même se rendre à l'entrée du parc afin de prendre un bus jusqu'au téléphérique. Les repas proposés le soir sont corrects (entre 25 et 35y le plat). Le petit-déjeuner est à 15y si mes souvenirs sont bons et se compose de : nouilles dans de la soupe, pain, oeufs. Parfait pour se remplir l'estomac avant une longue journée. A noter : Pour se rendre à l'hôtel, il faut prendre un bus de la gare routière de Zhangjiajie 张家界中心火车站 (à côté de la gare ferroviaire) à Zhonghu (中湖) -> 1h20, 12RMB). Puis prendre un minibus touristique jusqu'à l'entrée du parc Yangjiajie Menpiaozhan : 杨家界门票站 (5-10 min, 5RMB). Là, demander à un habitant de vous indiquer l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Mais le plus simple reste de communiquer avec les employés par Wechat (ils peuvent venir vous chercher à l'entrée du parc). Pour avoir leur wechat, faîtes-en la demande pendant la réservation en ligne. Pour se rendre dans le parc, aller à pied à l'entrée du parc, prendre le bus (gratuit) jusqu'au téléphérique ouest du parc (total : 20-25 min) Autre plus : personnel très sympathique donnant des conseils sur la meilleure façon de visiter le parc, et les alentours (attention, tous ne parlent pas anglais)

Hôtel tenu par une famille adorable, Carol nous à accueilli incroyablement bien, et nous a donné de précieux conseils pour la visite du parc en anglais, de manière générale, le personnel hyper disponible et à l'écoute. Nous étions dans une chambre de 4 personnes, plus que satisfaisante. La nourriture qu'ils proposent est très bonne Et à prix plus que démocratique ! Je recommande à 100% cet endroit qui se trouve à l'entrée du parc et est son cri parfait pour ne pas perdre de temps.

位置在杨家界景区内.搭车不方便.门口到住宿点打车还要15-20元。 清洁度一般般.苍蝇好多。 有提供收费的餐点.早餐每人15.稀饭+咸菜,中餐或者晚餐每人30.干饭.面条.1菜.1汤.1荤.饭菜实在不敢恭维。 至于服务这块，除了老板他爹？感觉相对不错，替他的只是做下表面功夫吧。 设施嘛？卫生间没纸-有纸篓，淋雨设备真有可能烫伤-稍微多调一些.烫死你。没有烧水壶，电视信号不好，空调每晚7-8点才开，第二天早上7-8点关闭。风扇找了个给我们，那就是其他人吃饭，白天休息，都没有了。 床铺的质量太差了吧，1个人床铺有些往下沉-鄙人110斤不到，2个人感觉床铺快塌了-2个人210斤不到，如果大欧美在上面啪啪啪，这个床铺能受得住？ 老板问是否要买索道，这个可以便宜6元，估计老板有钱赚，所以很积极了。 定了4晚，后来改行程了，找老板商量退一晚，协商后不行。找客服问老板，还是不行。其他平台订房也出现类似的情况。后来问题解决了。 综上所述:老板可不管你玩什么，怎么玩，做的一切都只是表面，一切只看钱。
