the hotel is near from first world hotel or resort hotel. Its easy to find if U finally know where. but no signboard from genting highland. U must ask any people around the mall to find that. 1st time I came here finally with taxi bcause I dont know where the hotel is. Taxi is hard to find to come your hotel but U must find harder. The good point of this hotel is only cheap and maybe cleanlines and near from first world. the minus is no facility, 1st time must find it, no breakfast and hard to find taxi if U want to go back genting with skyway.

poor reception plus condition”
A number of things bad. 1) Located in an apartment complex. How could it call itself "Hotel" ?? Surrounding very worn down, but saving grace was apartment interior ok. 2) Person taking care not there all the time. Phone listed not updated to Agoda. Called no answer and Agoda only provide correct contact after calling 3 times. Arrive early morning and have to carry bags until 3 pm as no place to place luggage due to non availability of person in charge. 3) Place small. For RM200 ++, expect slightly better but then again this is Genting Highland 4) Fearful for safety as no person around to watch the front area.

The location so hard to find for the first time, you must go to KAYANGAN APARTMENT and take lift to level 2, then turn left to find the receptionist. Location near casino and mall, just walk street for 6 minutes.

My experience in Your kayangan Hotel is not satisfactory... 1. The outlook of the apartment is rather shabby ... 2.The room no doubt is neat and clean, however it is noisy especially in the night.. I hope the management would improve the condition of those problem. Thanks and regards, Johan Suhermin.

Room is too small yet it is over price. Normally those who are going to Genting Highland but could not get a room near main hotel will choose this hotel which is 400-500m nearest to main. But it is disappointing.

Worst & Dirty Accommodation”
We have tried to find alternative hotel at nearby, after entering the "Hotel Kayangan". The place is not a "Hotel"as what they name for. Is an apartment that stay by those people who work at Genting. Our car was not allow to park within the apartment compound. Car has to park at open space with your own risk. The environment is dirty. The room we stayed was provided with 2 queen size beds, bedsheet was small and only cover half of the bed, where you can see the bed was badly stained. It was so dirty that I requested the staff to cover with extra bed sheet before I dare to sleep on it. We only managed to see the person in charge during check-in and check out. Other than this, no staff is there, main door was not locked and any one also can just get in. Luckily the room door was lock by access card, if not safety will be a problem. Expensive room charge $122 per night with dirty environment provided. Not worth the money paid for.

Misleading”
It’s not a hotel, it’s in a run down low-cost apartment building. You can’t park inside unless you’re a resident and outside parking was a horror. You need to go to the 2nd floor and there’s a small alley to get to the place. Front desk guy is always missing for some reason. Not to mention the security risk coz the front door is always open until midnight. Went back to my right before midnight and there was a bunch of guys catcalling me outside the apartment and another group in the lift. Room was newly renovated so it’s clean but nothing much was provided. Just go there to sleep. Only booked coz it was a last minute plan and it was the cheapest but still paid rm261 for the room. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have other options coz you can a proper hotel room for the same price if you book earlier.

Very inconvenient if you drive because they do not provide parking. Secondly, they don't provide glasses/ cups in the room for us to use. Thirdly, only one lift is running and it can only accommodate no more than 5 people at a time.

Pros: Even I go before the check in time (checked in at14.20 instead of 1500hrs) they gave us the room with temperory key. Cons: No body make up the room even you hangout the sign outside the room for the whole day & nobody there for you to contact. We have to change our towels & bedsheets Everyday The staff don’t know English and never see her after We check in until we checked out. Nobody there to contact in case of emergency We found the nail on the floor just after the check in ( even do not vacuum after the previous guest checked out- just changed the towels and bedsheets )

During peak period and no advance booking you seems dont have much choice and just grab any opportunity which nearer and convenienced to you. Im glad to have a room to rest and have shower with cooling environment and at least have cable car views from our deluxe family room.

bad experience for 1 night stay in December 2017 during 1 of weekend”
Me & my husband checked-in at around 10pm & there was no one at the counter to serve us to check-in. We did self service check-in by collecting our room card which just left at the counter together with TV remote control & my receipt. How can they just left our room's card unattended? The bed sheet was dirty with a lot of stains & also a line which look like drawn by black crayon. There was no toiletries provided. Hair dryer is upon requested. Bath floor mat/bath floor towel wasn't provided in the room. We had to call the person in charge and he asked us to take from their store by ourselves. No fan or air-conditioning in the room. No windows in our room. WiFi couldn't use. Smoke detector alarm rang at around 5am then we called the person in charge & he informed us that everyday the alarm also will ring for no reason. We did self check-out by putting the room's card & TV controller at the counter. This is be our first time staying & also will be our last time staying in this hotel.
