Good location ”
Location is just a walking distance from Rio Mall. The staff are helpful with their guests. One strong middle-aged lady helped us carry our big luggage to our room located in the first floor. The heating system in the room is what i like the most.

Very good staying”
Hotel is new, rooms are spotless. My room was the 207 and it was very spacious and had very good bathroom too. Breakfast has a lot of choices although I wouldn't say it is at same level of the rest of hotel. For example fruits were outdated and not pleasent. Some days there were some eggs cooked in a special manner, but usually only boilled eggs were available. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. Also nearby you can have the food court of a shopping mall. To arrive to the center of Yerevan there is metro nearby, maybe 10 min walking and two stations away. Anyway I have enjoyed my staying and I would come back, yes, for sure.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days, Cozy place... near to a grocery shops and Mall newly open nearby. The staff were very warm & nice people and helpful. I enjoy staying Yerevan in spite of winter season. Breakfast needs improvement is their taste though... still place is great. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. Bit far from Yerevan airport but near to many attractions in Yerevan. Also Armenia Zipline is just 5mins straight drive from the hotel. Staff was nice.

Okay Hotel”
The best thing about this hotel are the girls on reception. They speak excellent english and are very helpful. The downsides to the hotel are that there is no lift and the walls between the bedrooms are thin meaning you can hear a lot at night time. Breakfast was okay, similar each day, lacking variety. I would stay again if there were no alternatives.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast. Everything else is great, but the breakfast is average. It's a nice hotel in a decent area and Yerevan is a very relaxed and easy city to visit. This hotel is good base for exploring.

Comfortable, friendly, accommodating ”
Staff is great, very accommodating. Rooms are a bit small (typical of Yerevan) but clean, nice bathrooms. Great breakfast buffet every morning. A bit dislocated from the center of the city (near the Opera) but just a walk to the Rio mall (one of 3 largest malls in yerevan).

it's located near by beregamutiyun station, it is 7min by walk it takes only within 10min distance hotel by metro. even u arrived in yerevan by traine. esay to move with metro to this hotel remind that metro is too fast......... and few station.

Yerevan hotel review”
I did stay for 10 days, which is a lot by my standards. The receptionists were always very knowledgeable and helpful and their English was very good. They did give me a lot of tips and advises on how to visit the city and the rest of Armenia and make me feel welcome. The night porters help me a lot too, even with their limited English, also in a little unpleasant situation I found myself in, being a solo female traveller, and when I arrived in the middle of the night from the airport. The hotel is kept very clean and the rooms are very spacious. I love and miss the huge window in my room! The location is also very nice. About 10 minutes walk from the metro (3 stops to the centre), or a short taxi drive to the centre. The area is very safe. Breakfast was ok, not exceptional, but good standard and some variety. I do definately recommend this hotel!

Wonderful breakfast - my special congratulations to the cook!! The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly (and spoke amazing English - congratulations for that, too!) And my room was very spacious, comfortable and clean: just according to my expectatins!! I liked also the surroundings of the hotel, in an "anti-touristic" area - very authentic! I'll return :)

Value for money with good breakfast”
Very good location in the city and everything is accessable in walk. Room is good, but the bathroom is very small and congested. There is no elevator (lift) in the hotel. Brakefast was super and tastey with variety of dishes which will like for all kind of peoples. I will give 5 star rating to the breakfast.

Very good 3* hotel a bit off the center of the city. Considering readily available and extremely cheap taxis, not really a problem. Hotel is renovated, very clean, new furniture, friendly stuff, satisfactory breakfast. They offer free airport pickup and free sauna.

Value for Money & Location”
The Hotel was satisfactory and the location is within the city. The staff are very helpful and warm. Downside is the breakfast menu was the same every day during our4 day stay. Room service cleaning was acceptable except that bed cover was not change even once. Quite Satisfied in staying in this Hotel
