"Spent one night here with my family. The ryokan was located only a couple of minutes walk from the Yahiko Shrine - excellent if you want to visit the shrine or go for a hike in the nearby mountains. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner that was included in our stay along with the buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yahiko is a famous area for onsen, and the hotel had a nice indoor bath + a rotenburo (outdoor bath). It was also a plus that although my brother has a rather large tattoo he was able to enter the onsen without getting any complains (there weren't any signs saying it was forbidden with tattoos either). Would definitely come back for another stay if I have the chance."
