I thought I was there for a serious meeting not for a trip, I was scolded by the owner the first moment I met him as I did not call before I check-in. I emailed him about my estimated check-in time but he didn't reply, instead he complained that I did not follow his procedure. The owner is difficult to communicate with. One week before I check-in, Agoda assisted me in requesting for payment invoice for few times but was refused as he mentioned that he do not understand our English.

Very low quality of service, reception of people lack of education!”
I booked a lot of hotels in agoda, this is the first time I gave a low score! I booked a hotel near hallstatt's Chinese restaurant, but there was only one room for three, so I booked w&s for two, because I had five people in total. My two children and one elder can't speak English, I leave them in the car. Note: My car is turning on the lights in the parking. After handing over the key with the female landlord, she saw three other people in my car in the parking lot, and then opened the door without my consent，she ask me that this room can only accommodate two people, saying that we will stay in five people and ask us to return the keys,my wife told her that we have three living in another hotel, and the female landlord angered us and will check it in the evening! All night, I opened the curtains for her to check! First, why do you open my door? Do you have any education? Second, are you insulting my wisdom? If I want five people to stay, I will park downstairs and turn on the lights to let you discover?

Thank you for host letting us to stay in the room. Pros: Well equipped kitchen with oven, and basic seasonings Huge Bed Free parking Cons: No closet Electric kettle with mild oil stain #Please note that you have to pick up the keys before 8pm (we didn't have any idea of this before we meet the host). #There are few steps of stair to the room although it's on Ground floor #Host is a funny guy, and luckily we are provided for "life saving" Indome!

A very pleasant experience in this apartment”
This is a very nice apartment. I like sitting in front of the window and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. The host is kind enough to pick me up from obertraun station, introduce every detail in the room, even provide instant noodles and bike! I had a nice sleep because it's so quiet there. The only thing is the apartment still has certain distance from lake but anyway you could ride bike to the lake. Strongly recommended if you like quiet and comfortable room.

友善的房東，美麗的風景，優勢的設施”
房東很友善，第一次見面時就很建談，介紹得很詳細。房內的環境就好似屋企一樣，好舒服，應有盡有，而外面的風景真是好靚，只是地點距離車站比較遠少少，行出去車站大約要20分鐘，但是可以call的士，附近有間好好食的餐廳，行去餐廳同超市大約15分鐘。

如果是自駕遊去hallstatt，可選擇住在這裡，駕駛5分鐘就到，而且住宿有免費停車場在門外，房間煮食工具，地方寧靜且比較大，不過到步要聯絡屋主，或者早一點email和他夾好時間，整體位置不錯，性價比一流

숙박업을 하면 안되는 정신의 주인입니다. 1점도 아까운 숙소. 주인 여자의 동양인을 무시하는 태도. 불친절한 말씨. 오스트리아 여행의 좋은 기억 중 유일하게 불쾌한 무례한 사람입니다. 기본적으로 서비스 정신이 없는 주인으로. 숙박업을 하면 안되는 사람과 위치의 숙도입니다. 아고다도 이미지를 생각해서 이 숙소와 결볋하는게 아고다 회사에도 좋고 다른 여행자에게도 좋습니다. 수익 몇푼이 중요하지 않습니다. 과감하게 정리하세요. 다른 여행자에게 오스트리아 여행의 불쾌감만 줄뿐인 저급의 수준 낮은 숙소입니다.

이곳에 가려면 꼭 로밍을 하든 유심을 사든 해서 주인과 통화를 하시기를 바랍니다. 주인과 통화만 되면 픽업서비스도 해주고 할슈타트까지 데려다도 주시니 꼭 하시길 ... 저는 아무것도 안한지라 초인종을 아무리 눌러도 반응이 없어서 거의 한시간을 방황하다 옆에 아무집이나 가서 전화한통 해달라고 해서 겨우 체크인을 했습니다만 들어서자마자 이렇게 좋을수가 라는 탄성이 절로 나왔습니다. 여기선 살수도 있겠다 싶었던 유일한 숙소. 냉장고도 크고 오븐도 있어서 피자도 사다먹고 요리도 해먹고 이틀이였지만 진짜 내 집에서 산 것 같은 느낌.
