Very clean and new and friendly staff”
The staff was very friendly and nice and when I arrived to request a twin bed instead of a king size bed, they upgrade my room to a two bedroom executive suite. It was a very fantastic stay.

Superb hotel!”
I booked the suite room for my parents and brother. Surprisingly, the suite room was so spacious with three rooms and three bathrooms! There was a living room and large dining table. My siblings and their babies they also came by to have dinner together and the babies crawled freely. We couldn’t dine outside because of heavy rains so we just ordered food panda and eat inside the suite room. Everyone was so satisfied especially my father. The price was so affordable for that spacious suite room with three rooms. Its highly recommended and I will definitely repeat! But dont forget to bring your own water bottles

3 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, no complaint except for noisy blower which faces directly to our room (pls request apartment away from these blowers) Otherwise very comfy bed and pillows, clean baths Staff are really very polite and well trained, i think they did very well in trying to accommodate us during the peak hari raya season (day 1-4 hari raya) All in all, the best hotel in terms of value and comfort in Penang. Well done marriot team! Will stay in this hotel again in the future without hesitation.

Good Hotel and good locations”
Good hotels and great locations. Only thing the room was a bit far at the back. I took family 3 bedroom but my door have problem key cant open and tried call reception not pick up until have to go all the way to reception. Take almost 45mins and to settle them to come and fixed. Pity my old mum have to wait after midnight. They should check the door before give us. Thats only our worst experience. Rooms clean.

A worthy hotel”
The hotel location is by far the best. Near to shopping complex, five minutes away from the FIZ and there is also lot of restaurant nearby. The room is also spacious and clean. Very worth every penny that you spend. The only downside is that there is no lift connecting the basement's car park and the hotel's lobby. Need to climb up the stairs on your own.

Super love the room. Very spacious and sparkling clean . Had all the necessary amenities including a water tank. Each room had it's own bathroom. Location was superb, far from the hustle of downtown. The staffs were great. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect location, easy to find, very close to restaurants, i used foodpanda and it was so convenient for pickup food here. The rooms were perfect. The cleanliness was top tier. Staffs were very helpful, soft spoken and friendly. Great view! The rooms also smell nice right after checking in. No flaws for me and definitely will come again.

A pleasant stay”
The room was sufficiently comfortable and clean during my stay, nothing lacking and nothing extra that I would not need. Staff were helpful to accommodate me and my boxes while shifting. The shower was hot with good pressure. The furniture was a bit worn, but comfortable enough, slept well. Local eateries are within walking distance, just remember to pick up disposable utensils from the eateries if you go there.

All is good but the chiller noise...”
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. All is good but the aircon chiller on the roof is vey noisy that we cannot open the sliding door to enjoy the view. Cleanliness and the interior design worth to be praised. Very easy access of eateries and grab service.

3 bedroom apartment was super convenient”
If travelling with a few families (in this case, my family and my elderly parents) this was a good deal. The apartment is spacious with 3 bathrooms. Good-sized lounge - however the AC in the living area was super noisy. There is a small pantry (no kitchenette) with ironing board. Rooms and beds were comfortable enough. Location is super convenient as only less than 10 minutes away from the airport (good when you have a morning flight).

Read few comments and reviews before booked where some of them are not positive. Tried to call the hotel for inquiries but not answerable until I’ve checked in. The hotel location a bit far from Georgetown but very convenient to take grab or taxi. I had positive experience during my 1 night stay. Impressed with the water pressure especially hot shower. The room was decent and comfortable enough for good rest. Staffs very helpful and friendly. Will stay here for my next visit to my hometown.
