This was my third time staying here. The hotel was clean, hallway's were bright, front desk was nice, wifi was fast, ample parking space. What made me coming here again and again was the bed, comforter and pillows. They're so comfortable to sleep on. If you book the room when you reach the hotel, you would get a stamp which if you accumulate 10 stickers, you can get the 11th time stays for 50% off. But if you book online, you cannot get the stamp. It could be better if there's a lift for those who are disable or who couldn't walk much. The ironing area's light cannot be turn on hence I need to depend on the hallway's light which can't reach the ironing area much. In short, it is value for money and I would recommend it to other people who will stay around Kangar area.

There is no lift. Only have 2 level. Its okay. hospitality is great. Room smell good. Clean. The room is quite big, have TV, water pressure is real good, there's water dispenser outside and iron provided at every level. Location is in the middle of the town. Nearby restaurant, 2 to 3 minutes driving for food. Bad soundproof but bearable for short stay. Not a big deal. Parking free. Overall I will come again if have job in Perlis.

Great budget hotel. Got a room with no view though. The check ins is quite late. Room size is just okay. Facilities and amenities is okay. As a hotel located in the heart of Kangar i really enjoy this hotel. Thanks

We made an impromptu last minute decision to spend New Years in Kangar. We were surprised to find out most hotels booked. We were happy to settle in at Ventura Hotel. The rooms were decorated with simple and functional furniture, the bed was comfy, as was the pillow. The bathroom was clean which is very important to me. All in all it was good value for money for a short stay.

Hotel room are clean and comfortable. However, there's a karaoke place next door so we have to put up with the noise for a bit. I think the karaoke place closed at 7pm since we didn't hear anything at night. The wall are thin, we could hear each other in our respective rooms. Other than that, everything else is good.
