"The hotel is a wonderful place to relax and chill out, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Due to its location so high up in the mountain, the air is cool and fresh, and it overlooks Bandung city, so one could enjoy the twinkling lights of the city as well as the twinkling stars in the night sky. The room was big, and though the design was dated, it was rather well-kept. The garden has swings, see-saw and other games which children could have fun playing. However, the high elements obstacle courses are only conducted on weekends. The pool, though available, also needs more regular cleaning. The food served at the restaurant was rather delicious, but do remember to request for less salt. Steamboat was prepared for us as well. The staff was very accommodating. Massage service is available upon request an hour beforehand. Generally, it is a good hotel to basically chill out and spend time bonding with family."

"What a beautiful escape. The valley is beautiful and the staff were friendly and happy to go out of their way to make our stay perfect. The bed iand pillows were the most comfortable I've experienced in Indonesia and the water was hot (which was welcome as the nights we were there in February were quite cool). The environment is magical and the sound of the river was relaxing and ensured that we left there completely relaxed after just 2 nights. The massage and the food were excellent. The place isn't quite what is shown in the photos .. maybe because it's low season and it felt a bit run down ... yet after 5 minutes that was forgotten because the resort is just delightful. This is a place to escape and relax ... i would stay here again in preference to anywhere in or around Bandung. "

"this hotel offers a natural and traditional sundanese concept. i like it because i have chance to explain a lot of thing to my boy who grow up in a metropolitan city like jakarta. the room is nice. my kid love it. i let him write something to describe his feeling as below (i'm not editing any of it): it's like a wonderful medium paradise with best food i ever try and the boat in the lake is good. the hotel is best and all the place there, is better than i expected. i love all the markets stuffs, boat riding and especialy the room and the dining room. this hotel is 100% better then every hotel in the earth. i guess it describe anything, right? "We stayed for one night Mountain View King Bed (also known as their Netra tents) and was given a glamping tent with a balcony that had an unobstructed view of the mountains - it was absolutely stunning! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't have a chance to try out any of the activities, as we only stayed one night and the next day it was raining, but if you're looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy the view then we'd definitely recommend staying at Trizara. There are just two little downsides: 1) The menu is limited but the food is relatively cheap (for a hotel) & yummy, & they do room service at no extra charge; 2) It's a little chilly taking a shower as the shower isn't that strong and it's sort of outdoors but nothing that would stop us from coming back. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back & staying for longer!"

This villa offer you different experiences, starting from welcoming Tahu isi goreng, family karaoke (although they need to provide more karaoke CD), stunning Bandung city view, and delicious nasi goreng + kacang hijau for breakfast."
