If you find yourself in Yeosu for a couple of days, this is a great hotel. It is very near the train station, aquarium, museums, Odong Island park and a walkable distance to cable cars, go carts, and Dolsan Bridge with its beautiful night skyline. Not only that, they provide you with a coupon for a 30-minute boat ride around the coast!

The room was cozy and each room has a great view of the harbor. There are plenty of amenities at the hotel and the location is convenient to many major sights in Yeosu. It is also very close to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

location was superb. lobby was a bit small and can be crowded on a weekend checkin time. business center is small, 1 computer adjacent to the checkin counter. checkin went so-so.. they had difficulty speaking in english so would rather talk in korean. nice gesture to give us complimentary coupons. rooms were big, view from veranda was really nice. a bit dangerous when u have a toddler who can fit through the grills. it can be noisy on a weekend with the loud music being played which i heard would reach the nearby venezia hotel. overall a good experience!

Great hotel in a great location”
The hotel is very close to the Yeosu Expo KTX station. It has a fantastic view and good facilities. The pool is heated during the winter and the games rooms and singing rooms are great. It is also close to the cable car, expo center, aquarium and not far from the rail bikes. Lots to see and do at this hotel.

For a little long time vacation, i have visted here in UTOP marina hotel and resort with my family. This hotel and reaort located really good position. I could see sunrise. And walking Odongdo island to see very famous flowers. I really recommend when you visit here in Yeosu, hope to stay here in UTOP HOTEL&RESORT.

3 pm nightmare”
The front people are so stubborn that they won’t check you in until 3 pm. Plus they make you sign up for the waiting list. Unless you have your own Korean phone and Kakao, you are pretty much left out until all the lobby traffic ends. This hotel has 400 rooms (I heard). Waiting until your turn may not be fun, especially when you have no means to be on the waiting list

Great view from room/Balcony ”
I stayed 2 nights for office trip. The hotel is new, clean, rooms are specious and a priceless unblock sea view from room and balcony. Also there were cooking hotplate, large freeze and kitchen basin. Everything is very good. The staffs are friendly and offer me a very high (19th) floor room. However often I noticed odours developing in bathroom. There was a exhaust fan but it might be automatic or connect with aircon system thus sometimes it operated and sometime not resulting foul odour development in toilet through air suction from drainage pipe( i suppose). Hope the management pay attention on this.
