Please take good care of all facilities provided by N&H Homestay. All damages to the facilities need to be compensated accordingly based on the value stated. 6. Please be minded to always lock all the homestay doors and grills when not at premises, to minimize risks of any unwanted theft. *Failure to follow one of the above rules will void the return of deposit, and are subjected to compensation of said values of any facilities, according to our discretion. Damage/Loss of facitilities will be charged accordingly depending on the situation : 1. Television - RM 600 2. Sofa - RM 1500 3. Washing machine - RM 600 4. Refrigerator - RM 2000 5. Iron - RM 50 6. Excellent place to stay. the cleanliness is top notch. the house is comfy. the room is spacious. good place to stay for a group of 5 person. can cook and laundry as well. although you need to bring your own detergent.

Homestay dalam taman dan dalam taman lagi. Mula ingat sesat sbb dlm taman tetiba jumpa kebun sawit. Tp bila sampai Homestay sgt2 selesa, bersih dan cantik . Sgt sesuai utk cari ketenangan dan jauh dari hiruk pikuk bandar. Lebih kurang 10 km nak ke bandar batu pahat. Yg penting Suami dan anak2 suka dan gembira sepanjang duduk di N& H Homestay.
