Please take good care of all facilities provided by N&H Homestay. All damages to the facilities need to be compensated accordingly based on the value stated. 6. Please be minded to always lock all the homestay doors and grills when not at premises, to minimize risks of any unwanted theft. *Failure to follow one of the above rules will void the return of deposit, and are subjected to compensation of said values of any facilities, according to our discretion. Damage/Loss of facitilities will be charged accordingly depending on the situation : 1. Television - RM 600 2. Sofa - RM 1500 3. Washing machine - RM 600 4. Refrigerator - RM 2000 5. Iron - RM 50 6. “Clean and Calming ”
Stayed here comfortably for one night in this house. The house is clean and tidy and complete with kitchen and the neccesities. The neighbourhood is calm and serene. Love it.

“Excellent Stay for Families”
The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities a family could need. The 3 rooms were comfortable, and the layout made it easy for us to relax and spend quality time together.

“Good”
Big land, 1 storey corner terrace. Good if u want to park many cars on the side land or want to do BBQ outdoors. Cosy to stay but cleanliness can be better, the house was with lots of lizard droppings below all the curtains & even on the beds. TV has almost nothing to watch. Kitchen tap water was rusty, the cups were very brittle. I cut my hand while trying to wash the cups. The handle of the cup broke even when i try to gently wash it. The house is pretty run down. Most of the doors & windows r faulty. But for the price & size, i can forgive.

“Excellent Place to Stay”
Excellent place to stay. the cleanliness is top notch. the house is comfy. the room is spacious. good place to stay for a group of 5 person. can cook and laundry as well. although you need to bring your own detergent.
