Was an unexpectedly nice and cosy stay! Although room was small but everything was available :) drinking water, hair dryer, coffee… most importantly the toilet can flush :):) also their staff were very friendly & helpful. there was also refillable drinking water at their lobby(?). 很滿意 o(*////▽////*)q

Big room, clean, nice hotel”
We were happy with our stay. Location is very good, 5 mins walk to bus station. Our room is family room that good even for baby, with the playground. Hotel is nicely design too.

Pretty good”
This hotel is pretty well designed and they even have Nespresso capsules in the room for you. We booked the deluxe doubles and it wasn't as big as I hoped it would be, but still decent enough. We wished that late checkout wouldn't be that expensive though, takes on a steep price of 200nt per hour, when other places are usually 100nt. But everything else here pretty much exceeds our expectations for the price we paid.

Excellent”
While I was unfortunately sick with bronchitis (not the virus!) during my stay back in early January, my stay at this hotel was positive. The room was quite large and well laid out and within a short walk from the train station. There are plenty of food options within a 5-10 minute walk as well as a fairly large park within a 3 minute walk where you can go and relax, get some exercise, or let your kids play. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very enjoyable with a good amount of options. I know I could have enjoyed this hotel a lot more, had I been completely healthy during my stay. Make sure to check out Miyahara Ice Cream for a special dessert treat!

Clean hotel and good location”
Hotel room is clean and well maintained. Location is about 8 to 10 min walk to Taiwan Train station. It is a distance from Taiwan High Speed Rail, as you will need to take a 15 min taxi. Breakfast is included, simple sandwich, you will need to collect them from a breakfast store next to the hotel. The hotel is near to a few tourist sights. Overall, good value for money.

Location was not at where the happenings are, will need to take bus. But its still near to Taichung train station and Nantou Bus, so great if you're travelling to Cingjing and Sun Moon Lake. Room size was good and staff were very helpful! Near to 7/11, Family mart and Hi-life. Will recommend to friends!

Decent hotel overall. Didn't really like the location much. Lots of grubby buildings in the area, but the hotel itself is fine. Also, just a short walk to the buses that run the length of Taiwan Boulevard which are very useful. Also, walking distance from Zhonghua night market. Good Japanese restaurant nearby.

Valuable hotel with fashionable decoration”
This is a recently renovated stylish hotel with only 10 minutes walking distance to Taichung train station and approximate 5-8 minutes to Taiwan Boulevard with frequent bus services to major tourist attractions. Since the hotel is quite fresh, I don't see there are any matters on the facilities nor hardware failures. Breakfast and the room size is quite delighting in terms of a hotel in Taiwan, menu changes every day with bread, salad, congee, fried rice, noodles with acceptable taste. Nice and helpful staff, free bicycle for rental. The only consideration for intended family residents is the hotel is surrounded by KTVs and massage establishments (as called by Taiwanese 八大行業), of course, the hotel only deals with serious residents. It would be appreciated if there are more international-wide TV channels available.

Stylish and comfortable stay”
Location a bit far with luggage, but easily walkable. Room was quite comfortable however it should be noted that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together and covered with one sheet. Dusting of the overall living room area could be better. Bathroom was new and clean. The breakfast was serviceable with mainly Asian options as mentioned by other reviewers. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also understand that this hotel is a boutique hotel under the Talmud Hotel Group which caters for a slightly pricer clientele. All in all, value for money and would stay again (this can't be said for other places).

Great stay and comfortable ”
The hotel is a walking distance from Taichung station about 15mins. The cleanliness of the room is awesome and spacious. The staff are friendly, helpful and well trained.

Good service and nice staff. Room was clean and it was a pleasant experience to stay in the hotel. Around 10 minutes walk from the railway station to the hotel - but still acceptable in summer days
