Very nice hotel with lots of facilities. Big clean rooms with big bathroom having bathtub. Breathtaking view from the balcony. All toiletries provided. Very comfortable bed. Heated swimming pool with snowy Mountain View. The spa with reasonable prices and good services. Next to the hotel an entertainment complex having games, billiards, bowling and Vedic games. Near the cable car ( free shuttle from hotel). Free Wi-Fi.

The room had a bad smell They did not change the bed sheets which were dirty There were no curtains The fridge wasn’t working and no one fixed it Kamilla at the reception was rude There was only the hotel’s restaurant and it’s quality was very bad I got sick after eating at it

Great location next to the coaster that will take your quickly to the rest of the activity in the area. The hotel can be improved by training their staff to act more friendly and helpful. Great breakfast

Really Disappointed ”
Hi, I spent 1 day there but plz Dont book this hotel during the summer. Overall service was really pathetic. On arrival, we waited 10 mins for the reception guy bec he was not around.. Inside the room, one curtain was broken, after long waiting (abt 2 hrs) the guy came but was unable to fix it... The reception guy has attitude problem, no guiding very well.. I spent the night in 5/4 stars before but this hotel is only waste of money... To do things in Shahdag book any hotel a bit far away and enjoy your trip.. or make a day tour from Baku...

Everything is excellent. The staff are very helpful and courteous. It has askiying for begeners. Breakfast is great. Suna is excellent.

They should put free area to play with snow for children.. they don’t allow to the children to play with snow There are another near hotel with good price and more activity’s i will go for it next time

The stay was GREAT we had awesome 4days. The staff was best staff I have ever met especially in reception “Mr Fariz” and in restaurant “Mr Rasid” this experience will be repeated and suggested to others :)

В принципе не плохо, уютные номера, хороший персонал. Плохо работал душ и не было зубной пасты) завтрак хороший, а вот ресторан мянзяря так себе, на троечку по диким ценам.

الفندق ممتاز جدا وكل الخدمات والمرافق والفعاليات موجوده من (سبا،حمام مغربي،مساج وغيرها) الاستقبال رائع وخدمتهم ممتاز ومتعاونين. يوجد جهاز ATM وصرافه وكذلك يوجد ٤ مطاعم راقيه واكلها لذيذ . الغرف ممتازه وعصرية، يمكنكم ركوب الخيل والتلفريك وسيارات الدفع الرباعي والدبابات ، وهنالك لعبة رائعه عربات علي مسار تجربتها رائعه. الجبال تحيط بالفندق طبعا هناك فندقين بالمكان واحد صيفي والآخر شتوي والجبال تحيط بك من كل جانب . أقترح علي من يحب زيارة شاهداق ان تكون الاقامه أكثر من يوم حتي تتمكن من الاستمتاع بالمرافق والالعاب. قد لا أكون غطيت كل شي هنالك الكثير هنا ..

فندق كبير ولكن يوجد به عديد من العيوب: فندق متهالك وقديم الغرف غير نظيفة وجدنا الكنب به بول. الستارة خربانة الباب لايغلق جيدا. الفرش قديم ووسخ. المكان لايوجد به خدمات سواء المطعم. المطعم بخيل جدا في تقديم الطعام وسعرة عالي. ميزة الفندقة اطلالته الجميلة والجو الجميل البارد والفطور متنوع.
