I am visually impaired and accompanied by a guide dog, but the staff kindly guided me to the room. They also explained the landmarks along the way from the front desk to the room. They provided braille information, which was a first for me. It is convenient for visually impaired people that the toilet flush is a traditional lever type. Also, it was easy to understand and helpful that the faucet for washing hands and the faucet for the shower are the same. In addition, it is helpful for visually impaired people that the containers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are integrated and installed on the wall. If they were separate containers, I would not know which is which. If I may ask for more, I thought it would be even easier to understand if the shapes of the protrusions on each button were different. This is just my selfishness. I traveled from Miyagi this time, and there are hotels that even look luxurious in the center of Sendai City that I think may not be aware of accommodations for people with disabilities. In such a situation, I was deeply moved by the wonderful service at this hotel. It was the best service I have ever received. It is better than luxury hotels in Tokyo. I would like to use it again when I have the opportunity to go to Hachinohe. I recommend it to visually impaired people who are anxious about staying at hotels.

Non-smoking room did not smell bad”

Couldn't book a non-smoking room and ended up in a smoking room, but the room didn't smell at all. It was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and the interior is clean and pleasant. The breakfast is buffet style and although there are few side dishes, the ginger rice is delicious. If I had to say something negative, it would be that there were no instructions for connecting to the WIFI at check-in or in the room, and the front desk number was not provided, so I had to call the front desk and ask. Eventually, I found the WIFI information on the TV guide screen, but it was a bit of a hassle.

スタッフや朝食無料などのサービス面はとても良いので、これからも続けて頂きたいと思います。私個人の使用感としてはベットが硬すぎて寝つけませんでしたが、普段布団を利用されている方でしたら､そんなに違和感が無いのかもしれません。あくまでも個人的な体感です。
