Overall a nice stay!”

The hotel messed up our booking so when we arrived they didn't have rooms for us. However, they worked very hard to fix the problem and in the end they found a solution. It wasn't ideal for us, but we all did get a good night sleep at the end so thumbs up for that.
The swimming pool, it had potential to be the nicest back yard you could imagine, but the swimming pool hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Cut down the huge trees, clean the pool and you will have paradise back there :)

Почти ничего не понравилось. Остановился, так как внезапно было отменено моё бронирование в другом отеле. Пришлось экстренно искать замену.
Старый номер. Замызганые стены. Выпадают из стены розетки. В номере холодно. Туалет неприятный: тусклое освещение, неуютно и неухожено. В номере: в шкафу разномастные вешалки, щели на полу между ламинатом, кое-где оторван плинтус, белье на постели свежее, но старое - не закрывает матрас.

Единственный отель в городе, доступный через Booking на май 2021 г.
На ресепшн не говорят на русском, не говорят на английском. При заселении возникли сложности, не могли бронь найти. Пришлось подключать друзей, говорящих на узбекском. Номера прокуренные, в унитазе бычок плавал. Полотенца застиранные, серого цвета.

Обман при заезде, был развод на дополнительные деньги, по русски и английски никто не говорит, номера все прокурены, полотенца грязные, завтрак плохой, хуже отеля не встречал!!!
