"We were unfortunately booked into a -1 level room with no views and building works outside our room. The internet also did not work very well on this level. None the less staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Easy walk into the town with some good views of Ushuaia."

"We stayed in Ushuaia at the Albatros as part of our honeymoon. The staff were wonderful and gave us a complimentary cheese plate and bottle of wine as part of our stay upon finding out it was our honeymoon. It is in a great part of town too."

"It was a nice hotel. Beautiful views of the city and waterfront but the rooms don't match the decor or luxurious feel of the lobby. Rooms are very small (I stayed on the 2nd floor). Decor is very old and outdated. Ex carpets and walls were dirty and messy. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Location wasn't ideal. A bit of a walk down to town. Overall I would recommend the hotel but think it was a bit overpriced for what I got. "

"Hotel is located in a beautiful place with excellent views , warm decoration and spacious rooms. The early check in is great value. The bad: 2 times wrong room assignment, first due to bed configuration, (they blame Agoda) and 2nd time the room assigned was next to a room construction work with an incredible drilling noise. In general there are some areas for improvement: - Young guy at the front desk urgent needs training in customer service, very limited vocabulary and slow to find a solution. Andrea and Giselle were always trying to find a solution as the problems arise. -Biggest problem is the rooms' soundproofing, it is TERRIBLE! Due to the thin thin wood walls, you can listen, the hall, the next room or the bathroom noises of your neighbours. -The restaurant: Continental breakfast does not exist. No eggs, no bacon, no fruits.... cold coffee. Dinner menu very limited and common wines very expensive. We potentially be back, but we will double check the details first."
