Great Stay”

The White Knot has a great friendly staff and made our stay enjoyable. The bungalows are clean and beautiful. The only thing that could have made our stay better, is maybe taking Kenny G off loop for breakfast. :) other than that, it was awesome and we'll be staying there again for sure.

Love at first sight”

Had to book this place because everything in Ko Chang was full and man am I glad i did it. Booked 2 rooms. One for me and my wife and one for my friends. The rooms are super nice and the shower very comfortable. The pool, the restaurant, the bar AMAZING!! The people are even more amazing! Very helpful! Private beach is very comfortable and clean. Cant wait to be back again!

clean small hotel”

small hotel with 6 rooms, it's more like a cute 3 star hotel with a cozy reception giving a homelike feel. overlooking a beach which is not that great - bit pebbly and not too clean. jacuzi type small pool. rooms are clean and comfortable and newish. located conveniently near the street with everything you will need.

Above average”

This is a small basic resort in a good location to walk around in Koh Chang. You won’t ever be pressed to find a beach chair and the cabins are cute and comfortable. The pool isn’t really a pool, it’s the size of a large hot tub. The main issue with this place is the staff, they were not at all friendly especially during check in. I felt like I was really bothering and annoying them. I had an issue with my safe not working someone came and looked at it and said they would be right back and then never came back. Forgetting the staff this place is nice and cute for a couple nights but for longer stays there are better options.

Great place”

We stayed here for 4 nights, great little hits with everything you need. Staff are very friendly, the beds are really comfortable and in a great spot just off the main road so you get the quote with the location. Only downside is a few times we tried to order a few things from the bar but it was more a reption that a bar. Didn't bother us to much as you can just go to the Tesco just up the street. Great place would stay again.

beatiful and perfect place for us”

A beautiful and romantic place with own beach and beachchairs as well. Place is nicely decorated and rooms are clean with comfty bed. We enjoyed our stay. Location is very good with many restaurants nearby. I would say that the problem is not the staff there, it is the management. It feels that there isn't anybody leading the staff and looking that everything works well. Staff is nice and kind and they did everything what we asked for but things would work better if one would be the cleaner, one would handle the kitchen etc. Now everybody is doing everything and some day you get juice on breakfast and someday you don't and then next day you might not get fruits.. I hope that they will hire one cleaner there who would handle only the cleaning and would clean also the public premises cause now it didn't happend so well. Don't go here if you mind about small mistakes and want most professional staff.. if you only want a sweet spot with nice room, Go! The coffee at bf was really good!

the hotel is very quaint and peacefull. the beach was lovely the pool clean but small. the only issue I would say is that getting served at the bar was either hard or non-existant. even the staff were very friendly

nicely decorated and spacious room (though they were some crack on the ceiling,rain was leaking in around the corner of the room)very poor in management.. breakfast portion is small and got smaller on the 2nd day of our stay. staff can't speak English, i can speak Thai but they didn't even speak anything to me,such an awful service for this price. if you just want to take some nice photos then stay here for just 1night is enough..and then better go somewhere else!

Amazing place ”

I booked a bungalow for 3 days, i wish we had more time. Staff is great, location is perfect, 5 minute walk to 7-11 and lots of restaurants around. It's a little more expensive than other places around, but you it's worth it. It was a honeymoon trip, and we had no issues at all. We loved being here. Definitely going to book again.

Pieni Hotelli 6 bungalowia”

Bungalowien terassit eivät ole merelle päin, niinkuin kuvista ymmärtää. Bungalowi oli puhdas ja siisti. Mini beachillä 10 epämukavaa aurinko tuolia. Alue hotellin ympäristössä oli kuin kauhu elokuvasta. Pääkadulle kävelee 7 min. Henkilökunta ei oikein puhu englantia, eikä ole monesti edes paikalla respassa tai ravintolassa. Aamupala suppea lautas annos. Uima allas on naurettava. Paikka on joskus ollut hyvässä kunnossa, mutta ei enää..3 yötä vietimme. Aluksi emme tieneet itkeäkkö vai nauraa, mutta jotenkin kuitenkin paikka oli kiva. Menisimme uudestaan jos yö maksaisi 30 €. Käy matkaajalle joka haluaa mukavan kämpän ja rauhallisen mini rannan, kantaa itse matkalaukut ja ei tarvitse respa palveluja ja tyytyy vähään. Hotellin hieronta paikka oli kuvottavin mitä ikinä olen nähnyt. Mielestämme vähän ressukka paikka. Huh huh!

Cheap but the owner does not care to keep the place well repaired”

Location is bad, the facility in bad repair, swimming pools not cared for etc. Only nice thing was the staff and the fact that it is near the beach.

SNAKE. Grumpy Staff. ”

First, We waited 2 hours for the check-in process because the room is not ready. They told us to wait while they clean the room. 2nd, We saw a snake sleeping on their fountain. But the staff calmly told us that, "It is were the SNAKE usually sleep and just let it sleep there." Whoa! Obviously, it's not really safe esp for those who have kids. We left the hotel early in the morning without telling the staff because they were not there. They have this habit of leaving the reception area and being unavailable for their customers. I won't recommend this place.

Overhyped with trick photography, photoshop and comes with zero facilities”

They have only 6 rooms, and they portray as if some lavish upsacel resort. I was sold a beach front room, and the room I was provided would become a Beachfront in about next 100 years thanks to global warming only. At time of check-in there was just 1 staff who multitasked as receptionist, cleaner, chef and part time superhero saving the world. Ok, maybe not the part time superhero hero part. As for the rooms, they were like your dying aunt's house. Must've been done up well once in its lifetime but left in neglect. We shared our room with a few aloof house lizards, a whole bunch of over excited ants and other pests. No I'm room facilities. No intercom. No room service. Other than basic towels, slippers and two complimentary bottles of water do not expect anything else. A little pool the size of a dining table whicj ironically is right next to the dining area. Only thing working for the property, which is also their USP, is the access to beach. Property would fit in a tennis court.

Never recommend ”

I am very disappointed about this place, staff very unfriendly, they don’t care about guest , very nervous , they gone whenever they want and just left the lobby , you can’t buy nothing because they are not there . WiFi was working only 1 day and very bad . The staff start. To clean our room when we checking in , they say please wait , and start to clean it , not proper at all . Beach is very dirty , a lot of cigarettes And bottles , not clear area . Very bad, don’t understand, how it’s still work for this price.
