This is our second stay at this hotel and both times we left very happy. The service, room and amenities were excellent. They go so far as to even provide porter service from/to platform at Tokyo Station. On the day we checked out, we left our bags with reception in the morning and went for a day trip to Kawagoe. When we got back to Tokyo Station, the hotel porter was waiting at the train platform with our bags so that we would not miss our train to Osaka as we might not have enough time to run up to the hotel to retrieve them. That was some service! When checking in, front desk noticed that my birthday was just past so they arranged for a photograph to be taken. This was given to me when checking out. The other thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the room. It never fails to impress us each stay. While it is quite expensive to stay at this hotel, if you want location, luxury and excellent service, this is the hotel to stay in. They really make you feel like a valued guest.

Beautiful hotel with excellent location and service”
The hotel is situated right next to the Tokyo Station providing easy access to airports and metro to everywhere. There are many shopping areas and great restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is equipped with very polite and helpful staff. Room is beautiful with classic elegance. I especially love the bathroom which is spacious and has a big bathtub for relax. The hotel breakfast is extraordinary.

Convenience without compromise. ”
I chose the hotel as I needed one night arriving in Tokyo before taking the Shinkansen north to go snowboarding. Super convenient taking the Narita Express to Tokyo station. I emailed the hotel staff my ticket and they met me as I stepped off the train car to walk me to the hotel. It wouldn't have been difficult to figure out but having them handle my bags was a nice luxury. Room was lovely though small. Used the spa and it was quite nice. Highly recommended.

History, Elegance, and Wonderful Service”
I made this booking months before I actually went to Japan. The concierge team worked tirelessly with me to make sure my girlfriend and I got to have our dream trip. The location was ideal and super central since it's literally the transit system. The room was amazing, pillows and bed felt great. I'm endeavouring to stay here every time I go to Tokyo.

I stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel recently and cannot say enough good things about the hotel. Great location in Marunouchi and close proximity to Ginza which is my favorite area of Tokyo. Service was excellent and my compliments to the Concierge team for all their kind assistance to me and my family during our stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Exemplary Service”
This was my second stay in a week on the night of flying back to the US. The staff went above and beyond over each little request. I needed to mail something and they walked me two blocks to the post office and hand held me through the process. The room was lovely though not large. Bath is very nice. Location at train station is incredibly convenient without compromising on quality. Highly recommended!

In addition to the excellent service, location and attention to detail, the breakfast brunch in the Atrium is one of the best we’ve had. A concierge assisted us with our luggage and escorted us through the busy Tokyo train station to the platform for the Narita Exprress.

the staffs were very friendly, very professional. what really impressed me was when I actually left my Cartier & Tiffany rings in the room after I checked-out. They kept it for me till I retuned to collect my luggages few hours later. I totally forgot abt it. They are that honest people!!

Excellent location in the heart of Tokyo. Nearby also many restaurants. As we are family with young kids and travels throughout Japan with train its really convenience staying in this hotel. Minus only dont have coin laundry in the hotel. We need to travel through subway to find nearest laundromat.

I have been to Tokyo often and station hotel Is excellent for business travelers or visitors. Service is high standard and they offer porter service to lead you the way to the platform at the station to Narita airport , if you have too many luggage. It is really helpful when I have a big snowboard bag with me .

We had a layover in Tokyo and this hotel did everything to make sure we were taken care of on our trip. Arranging a private guide, dinner and train tickets, including an escort! Amazing breakfast on the morning. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lucky find on Agoda to have 3 nights in Tokyo in such a special hotel walking distance to Ginza , french cafes nearby , small late night Japanese eateries near bus depot an experience not to be missed Hotel itself was exceptional , architecture was old English grandeur ,room size enormous by Japanese standards varied breakfast a visual and taste delight, friendly helpful staff at every station loved the cute female bell hops in uniform ! concierge patient and so forthcoming with helpful advise . hotel facilities included the cosy bar serving the most delicious spiced gin and tonics and bar food tea coffee room ,had live entertainment, a gentle harp . a quiet haven on top of such a busy railway station , could not have been better

Great location right by the train station in an historic building. The hotel was so well insulated and therefore quiet, despite being beside the busy station. The bed was very comfortable as were the nightdresses that we’re provided! Breakfast was wonderful. Most of the staff were lovely - there’s a slight edge of snobbiness about the place, but only slight! We would stay there again.

One of the most beautiful historic hotel we have experienced. Everything was perfect. Location is excellent. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Everyone. always has a big smile and willing to make you feel at home. The concierge team service is truly impeccable.
