An amazing hotel but I don’t want to return anytime soon”
I enjoyed my stay here for the most part. The location is hard to beat. The facilities are amazing - the gym, sauna and steam room are all inclusive. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff very attentive and kind. Hot shower works very well and the bed comfy. I found room service staff extra friendly and attentive! One morning before I checked out during my last stay (I stayed here once before and enjoyed it so much), I was having breakfast at the hotel cafeteria. In front of me, there was another guy who seems to be an expat and a long term tenant of the hotel. I raised my phone at my eye level, looking at some stuff on my phone and about to send something funny to my friend. This guy in front of me started shaking his head. I was confused so I asked him “what?!”. He said to me “no photos” and I told him that I was not doing that, I was looking at some stuff on my phone and I turned my phone screen around so he could see. He nodded non chalantly without an apology. I found this to be very rude and hostile- quick to accuse other people but slow to apologize when oneself is wrong. Before the incident I had considered rebooking to stay for a longer period at the hotel but I decided right then I preferred to just book another hotel to stay in.

I was traveling through Bangkok to go to Chiang Mai and with the test and go program to enter Thailand I picked The Quarter Silom by UHG. Once I picked up my luggage and exited there representative was just outside waiting. I was in a shuttle to the hotel in 15 minutes. They stopped on the way and had me take my Covid PCR test at a drive thru testing center which just took 10 minutes and then I was dropped off at the hotel. The staff were very attentive and showed me to my room that was very clean and new looking. They had a restaurant on site that delivered my lunch to my room. I was only there 4 hours and the front desk called me and said my test was negative and then they delivered me a written copy and a Covid antigen test for me to take on the 5th day here. They told me I was free to leave the hotel anytime I wanted and I booked a flight to Chiang Mai at 7:15pm that same day. Then the hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for $15.00 US. I recommend this hotel highly. Stephen

fantastic hotel at cheap prices right now due to covid, brand new, huge tv, great bed, staff that speak perfect english, great breakfast... the quarter and evergreen are the same company they are both about the same, the quarter is a lot newer and bit better in my opinion but evergreen siam has the better gym, and car parking space... only complaint about this hotel is there are NO english channels on the huge 55 plus inch tv which is annoying and no movies, are 5 star hotels so dam cheap they will spend millions of baht on a pool but cant pay for hbo and a few english channels for ferangs that would normally be 40 percent or more of there customers. other then that its a perfect hotel but has limited parking. the one thing i liked is that you can go from parking to reception to restuarant to room without walking for more then 10 seconds there all so close, the layout is perfect. one complaint would be puting the pool right next to the breakfast area with windows so everyone can see you swim, good to watch kids swim but far too personal for most people, they dont like people staring at them 3 metres away eating. roof top pools are always better then ground floor ones in my opinion. For bangkok right now this hotel is great , you are spoiled for choice a bit there are so many hotels mostly empty with limited customers now

Exceeded my Expectations”
I booked this hotel because it was new, modern, and affordable. From the moment I arrived, I was served quickly by very polite and helpful staff who were attentive to my requests. The buffet breakfast had a good spread of food, and their a la carte items were pretty tasty as well. I had garlic prawns with rice and it was fresh and flavourful. The gym is very well equipped and the pool is nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable too. Housekeeping was efficient and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful set up as well, making it very conducive to work remotely from there. The location of this hotel is also superb. It’s close to public transport and plenty of food and massage options. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back for sure.

The Staff make this hotel *****”
This hotel was perfect, i stayed here for 3 nights when i first arrived in Bangkok. It's in a prime location not far from Siam square and just 10 min walk from lumpinee park. The hotel itself is very modern with pool, gym and even a Sauna and steam. The room was spacious and clean with everything needed. Best of all the staff were all really helpful especially Don on the front door, he was full of tips and advice. The staff were a big factor in why i extended my stay another 2 nights, havingoriginally only booked one night for SHA+. Would recommend and definitely stay here again

Wonderful New Hotel in the Heart of the Entertainment District of Silom”
This was my first time here following other recommendations on Agoda. I was not disappointed. The location was perfect within walking distance of all attractions and Sala Daeang BTS. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the facilities great with a pool and fitness centre, staff super friendly and helpful and the best was the buffet breakfast which had an amazing array of different cuisines and foods to suit every palate. I will definitely be back and would noty hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

Great staff and location”
I can't say enough for the staff at Quarter Silom... very friendly and helpful. All the staff talk great English. The hotel is in a great spot. It is located in a down lane off the main Road, Silom Road. Being down a lane, or Soi in Thai, there is no traffic noise at all. It is also extremely safe to walk the area at any time of the day or night. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy. I have stayed 2 times now and will definitely come back. Can't say enough about the staff and hotel.

Good Hotel”
The room was good, modern, and clean. Only 1 thing: there were 2 separated beds and, even if i requested 1 unique large bed, it was not possible to have it. Nice bathroom with modern shower and hot water. Nice led-lights system (you can select the colour and the intensity of the led lights on the border of the walls). Good breakfast. Good location at 5 minutes walk from BTS Station 'Sala Deng'. Overall : very satisfied for the price, and i'll surely book this hotel again.

A hidden gem in Silom”
Room- a bit small, but the room is clean and neat, TV is smart TV, got ambiance light in room, very cool! Breakfast- the kitchen try their best to make different breakfast to their guests everyday! Well done! Gym- you will surprise with their gym, it is not a small gym that come with simple machine, but a well equipped full gym! What's more? It come with dry sauna and also hot steam room inside the gym! Location- you can walk to the clubs and massage places within mins!

Quarter Silom is the best place you can choose in Bangkok, especialy if you plan to visit it in Covid times. I red in the Internet that many turists had a problem in finding themselves in the new regulations related to covid-19. Quarter Silom team not only organised everything for me, but also fight for me when the unexpected problems appeared. I was sure, I would need to stay at the hotel for all two weeks of my holiday, but Quarter Silom team not only understood my situation but also helped me a lot on explaining it in the hospital. The special thanks for the General Manager Mr Saichol Kaekhunthod! Thanks to you I could see how beautiful Thailand is! I saw phi phi island, made a spa with elephants and visit the James Bond island, everything that I dreamed about!

I usually book one night first just to check out the hotel first.After my first night,this will be the only hotel in Bangkok I would book in the future. Everything was perfect. This hotel has the best staff,they're all kind,friendly, helpful. The rooms and all common areas are spotless. Overall, a nice and clean hotel. Stylish touches and modern. Good breakfast and staff is so friendly. Location is off the Main roads which is nice and the BTS (transit) station is a close by walk so it’s easy to get around from there. A few things for improvement is just having slippers in the hotel room and better toiletries (comb, sewing kit, nail file). Would recommend and return.

This is a brand new hotel well designed for modern conveniences. The room I'm in is well equipped with high quality decorative and functional items. Many electricity outlets, good taste lighting scheme, and a bright reading lamp. All toilet equipments and electrical appliances are of good brands and they work perfectly including the air-con and big screen internet TV with chrome cast built-in that allows me to watch my accounts of all streaming services. Very happy with the deal, the super nice and professional staffs and the convenient location (closed to BTS and MRT and Lumpini Park). Sounds too flattering like I'm one of the partners of the hotel but I am actually a guest staying here at the moment! :-)

very comfortable room and bed and huge tv. staff are very professional at this hotel and speak perfect english, some are thai guys that have lived in the US before that can answer any questions more easy. except for the parking which is limited by the location this hotel is fantastic , cant complain much . would help if they put english or movie channels on tv in room , everything is almost all thai news and drama

If you’re a foodie and that’s the only reason why you choose a hotel then probably this is not your place to stay. The food was excellent and room service 2nd to none but certainly not a five star menu if that’s what you’re looking for. Other than that you could not ask for a nicer facility and staff who treat you with respect and courtesy throughout your entire stay. They have got to be the best bunch of people that I have run into in a long time. The facility is close to anything that you can imagine within walking distance or I’ll transfer services that can shuttle you anywhere in Bangkok. Just a great overall place to stay with a bunch of friendly smiles.

I travelled a lot in thailand this year, especially bangkok and this hotel is the only one that deserves a 100% good review! Everything is good and makes sense and for the price we paid it was over the top really and exactly where we needed to be. Special mention deserves the cleaning... they clean for real here, only hotel where the cleaning happens and its not just for show.... thank you.

Stayed a night at this hotel for my test and go. For the price and location, clearly one of the better hotels. Of course, in terms of hotel standard, do not expect 5 star treatment. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill you up! Best part of that BF is served till 11am! Rooms are decently sized. Only downside there's not a big enough table space to eat your food in case you buy it back. Tip: for lunch, walk out and walk straight to the alley, not left or right, and you can find lots of food stalls! The gym was fully equipped! That was surprising and definitely a highlight of the gym. Clean too. I would definitely come back.

I don't know what was the real price (before test and go) so can't judge much about the value for quality but as one of the cheapest hotels for Test and Go, it was perfect. Really clean, ideal location, staff was good. The location is perfect. Called the same day to inform of PCR test results. I can recommend.

Newly Built Hotel”
This hotel is very new. Our room is very clean, modern, awesome lightning, comfy bed with lots of pillows, very strong wifi connection and the most fun of all is the huge HDTV. You must book your room with a buffet breakfast because it's cheaper than paying it separately. During covid19, the swimming pool is open but the rooftop viewing area and the gym are not accessible.

I couldn’t asked for more as I had a pleasant stay. The staffs were very friendly until the moment that I checked out. As for the room, it was clean & modern & it does have all the things that I need. Location wise, it’s very close to bars, massage shops, restaurants, cafes & mrt stations
