Staffs are friendly, professionally, fast check-in and out, Room is very comfortable and very clean, hotel Have swimming pool and most of requirements. Agoda Customer service was professional and trusted as usual, they change my stay to this hotel after bad experience in another hotel. I advice everyone to book thru Agoda, not direct with hotel. Agoda is trusted, support the customer and have many solutions to make the customer satisfy.

The hotel is nice, although the deluxe rooms don´t correspond to the category. The breakfast is good and the hospitality is also friendly. The location is a little bit far from the spot turistic places. The amenities are good and the decoration of the lobbyis nice. The price corresponds to the hotel category.

Great location, less than 10 minutes from subway line 2. It's about 10 minutes ride to d Forbidden Palace. Got a great deal through Agoda. Good internet and service. Breakfast spread is wonderful. Overall, great hotel for value.

Holiday in China - The Presidential Hotel ”
The Presidential Hotel has the potential to be a very good place to stay. Unfortunately its in need of refurbishment. The rooms are shabby. The Lobby / bar area are not well frequented as its very expensive and only the senior staff can speak English. The senior staff were very helpful but the junior staff seem to do very little other than wonder about. I fell asleep for a few minutes while waiting for a friend in the Lobby area during my stay. I was woken by a junior staff member. He indicated to me by waving his hands around that sleeping wasn't aloud. This Hotel is not worthy of a 4.5 star rating. 3 would be the maximum in my opinion.

Good Location but Old Funitured”
when i checked in, the front desk reception was very agressively and told me that the hotel had no any non-smoking room! also i didn't ask for it in advance! i had never met such a receptionist! the bed and the bath room are clean, but the carpet in the room was too old and too dirty. the maintainance is very poor! the toilet never funcion properly, even though everyday there came one worker who tried to fix it.

Good room, rest just OK”
I picked this hotel because its location was close to where I had a meeting. Room was very big, and had a desk that made working from the the room easier. Internet was virtually non-existent for most of the time though, except in lobby. Food and drink inside hotel was very high priced, and more local than what I have adapted to. Walking distance to small mall that had some food outlets like subway and mcdonalds. Also a costa coffee nearby where I had breakfast instead of the hotel breakfast.

This is not a 5 star hotel”
It was a pleasant stay, but the hotel is not 5 star hotel. There was only 1 attendant at night, the lights in the lobby are dimmed and not a 5 star hotel that we normally would expect.Other than star rating which in our opinion who stayed mostly in 4-5 star hotel when we traveled ( been to over 100 cities around the world), the rating should be 4 star. The staff speaks limited English, but able assist to our needs. The room is comfortable and amenities provided are satifactory.

service with a smile but oldiest furniched rooms ”
It is 5-stars, however you can find the same comfort also in 4-star hotels in other parts of the city. We don't find an air conditioner controller. Stuff was very helpful, with a perfect English. Pool & foot massage were great fun. As for the room and sheet, it's one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in.

They gave me the broom cupboard at first. I checked my booking and was definitely placed in wrong room. Then they complained to me in the swimming pool! After 9 laps they told me to get a swimming cap. Aha! Very poor English speaking staff and that at such a big hotel.

Conveniently located hotel but poor service”
Hotel is conveniently located and nearby to subway station ~5-10mins walk and nearby to wholesale mall too. However, the service is really poor related to check-in due to reservation issues between the hotel check-in system and Agoda booking system. Not only that, most of the staff do not have very good command of english language and have poor customer service mindset. I am really surprise to know that this is a 6-star hotel as the service really did not live up to it. Check-out also took quite some time and it affected the rest of our day planning.

Very smelly hotel with dark rooms”
The carpets in the hotel have an aweful smell of smoke. Even though I had a non-smoking room, you could still smell some smoke. The carpet also did not look like it got cleaned regularly. The rooms were quite spacious, but especially in the evening very dark as there are no major lights in the room other than two bedside lamps, a desk lamp and a standing lamp. So packing my luggage in near dark was not so nice. Not recommended for the amount of money. There are much nicer hotels (especially in the east) that are available for the same or even less money. Next time I will go back to the east.

Too smelly for a nice stay”
All the hallways smell of smoke. Gives the entire hotel a very dirty appearance. Especially as there are carpets everywhere. For a hotel of that price class extremely disappointing! Go somewhere else instead!
