Best Villa in Phuket!”
Despite not having a big international branding to this villa, our family is truly impressed by the staff, cleanliness, and most importantly the facilities. Fantastic Hotel and Wonderful Staff”
We stayed at the Palmery for two weeks. This hotel is amazing and the staff are fantastic. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a very high standard and the breakfast was amazing. What makes this hotel so special are all those who work there. Tan is wonderful and always helped with so many things. Reception staff were warm and welcoming and the young lady serving at breakfast was lovely. The cleaners do such a great job and I saw them everyday, at a distance, fully cleaning the room and going above and beyond to keep the room to the required Covid clean standards. We have booked again. This hotel and its staff are a credit to the owners, Phuket and TAT. We thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you Tan and everyone at the Palmery. You are all amazing.

We stayed in this hotel only for a day but this hotel has a nice vibe. We booked a hotel which directly opened to the swimming pool from our room. The staff was sweet and helpful too. They also have drop services to near by beaches like Kata everyday at fix timings.

Lovely place to stay! ”
Our group of friends (8 of us) stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The grounds are quite large - many swimming pools, fitness center, restaurant. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy! Pool access was the best bit - and is a must if you decide to stay here. The staff is great - kind, friendly and helpful. One small thing to note is that the property is a bit of a trek to the (very crowded and busy) beach - maybe about 800 meters. Overall a pleasant stay!

Great value for money (low season)”
I enjoyed my stay here very much. In October, the rates are affordable, and you get a spacious room with access to a pool. The hotel is really pretty, with nicely groomed bushes and trees, the atmosphere is tranquil. The staff were incredible helpful and always polite.

Exceptional”
Really cool place to stay. Private pool in front of the room is very nice. Staff is very helpful. If you need to rent a scooter it's right next door for a really good price. The location is about 600 meters from the beach. But karon beach 5 minutes and Patong Beach 15 minutes, raiway only 15 minutes where you can find a fresh seafood market. Overall good location and very clean place to stay , i enjoyed my 2 weeks

Exceptional”
So far, this is the best place I've stayed at. Always preferred a much more peaceful place,and this is everything that I've wanted. Friendly staffs, big and comfy room, and not to mention, CLEAN. You might need to walk a little to get a cab or tuktuk, but it doesn't matter. Just enjoy it. There are 3 spas located right in front of the resort. Very convenient! Overall, my stay at The Palmery has been awesome! Will definitely book again. Thank you, The Palmery ♥️

I found the facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the place. Dealing with the people was very very good too small things both were relatively trivial. One of my lightbulbs was out and it took over a week to get it done and I had to go back three times to remind them to fix the light bulb. The second was that I wanted extra water for the room. I asked him for days in a row for extra water. They only give two bottles of water per room per day. For two of us that just was not enough. Apparently it was a problem. I ended up having to buy water at a convenience store so I had water in the room to drink and make coffee.

Well located, clean hotel with very kind personel.”
The hotel is located in a quiet area of Kata. It is about 1 km from beach, but the hotel provides free transport to both Kata and Karon Beach, as well as return transport. The big rooms and bathrooms are in low houses, there are palm trees around. The rooms, restaurant, swimming pools and the entire hotel area are very clean. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and honest. Example: I lost my key and had to pay money to get a new key. Some time later, someone found the key and delivered it to the hotel reception. The hotel staff returned my money on their own. The restaurant provides a pretty good breakfast. What I don't like is the noise at night from any property outside (air conditioning?), But I was probably unlucky because my house was on the edge of the hotel area. Additionally I don't like noises comming from childrens smartphones used during breakfest in the hotel restaurant. But I cannot blame hotel for it. It is rather question of the cuulture of the childrens parrents

Perfect Sandbox experience ”
I wanted to treat myself a little bit as a young Backpacker on my sandbox so I chose The Palmery. The rooms are pretty big and clean, the white theme makes everything feel even more like a little spa, of course the pools adds to that as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful if you need anything, housekeeping as well. Everything went smoothly with my tests etc. If you're not on a tight budget and you want a nice hotel that is relatively close to the beach, book your room here.

The Staff is very friendly and supportive. They supported me well during the Thailandpass application process. Also the resort is very clean and provides privacy between the different areas. The breakfast is one of the better ones where it is included. I would stay there again if going to Kata Beach.
