Very Modern Hotel Close To Patong Beach”

We stayed at 2 different hotel during our stay in Phuket, The Nature and The Indochine. Our experience at the Nature has been much better than the Indochine. Overall I did not see much to complain about the hotel: the room were brand new, clean and modern, the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and the gym was good enough for holiday gym (with aircond). Location wise you will have to get a motor bike as it can be annoying to wait on the hotel shuttle to go to the city center (15 min walk). We spend 5 days at the Nature and were very satisfied of our stay. We rented a motorbike while staying at the hotel which helped a lot to get around. Location wise you can definitely get better but if in the center of Patong Beach it may be noisy or not has nice building/amenities (or maybe with a high price differential).

Understated quality stay”

This resort has so many good qualities about it: quiet, well maintained and friendly staff. The place is only 9 months old so the facilities are brand new. We stayed in the Grand Suite with 2 rooms (1 king bed and another with a queen bed and a single bed). There are two large bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. There is also a living and dining space. More than enough space for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. There are three pools: Beach Pool, Jungle Pool and Fun pool. Personally liked the Jungle pool as it is quieter and shadier but you have to swim past the rooms that have pool access. If you want to have privacy, I would say do not book those rooms. I liked how the Jungle Pool had lounge nooks and lounge deck chairs in the pool. The Beach pool has a view of a small but rocky beach and the road that separates the hotel and the beach. The glass wall is a novelty for those who like infinity pools. The beach is not much in front of the hotel. But the hotel has frequent shuttle to Jungceylon mall and the Bangla police station which is in front of the Patong main outdoor market street. You can visit the busy Patong beach or do your shopping there. I liked the fact that the hotel is generally quiet except for some loud tourists in the lobby. Also the restaurant had very good and value-for-money Thai set meals for dinner. The gym was a good size with ample equipments for guests. They have free Muay Thai lesson for 30 mins on Fridays. They also had daily sport activities. The kids’ room had some games and activities with a little wading pool outside for toddlers. There was also a TV that showed kid-friendly videos. However, the books and videos were more suited for younger kids. My 8 year old was still happy playing broad games there. The spa was really beautiful and offered a good deal for 60 min body message with 15 min foot message. It is unfortunate that they close at 8pm (last appointment at 7pm). It would be good to extend the hour

Exceptional staff”

1st of all I would like to thank front desk manager Mr Audi, Ms Kookak and housekeeper Ms Lin for making it a wonderful and memorable trip for us although this is already my 6th visit to phuket but 1st time in this hotel. I requested for a high floor room but unfortunately it wasn't available on our check in day as its not their fault as request made are only on best effort basis but they managed to secure one for me for the rest of our 4 nights stay with a wonderful sea view of patong plus a huge patio just right in front of our balcony. But be mindful that some of the Seaview rooms r exactly right in front of the main road which is noisy as there's usually constant traffic n mopeds with loud exhaust moving up n down. Hotels have about 10 blocks and those blocks that r further in don't have much view except the pool and the forest area and some rooms that we saw were either facing the back of some blocks or a mud pond near the bfast area. Bfast was good too with wide variety.

We stayed at the pool access rooms”

My family enjoyed staying in the big room and swim in the pool almost every day. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Every room has it own umbrellas and I find it convenient because it was rainy season. There are variety of food at breakfast. We rented a car and drove around in Phuket. The hotel is very near to the Patong area. It is merely 6 mins drive to the popular shopping centre.

Great Hotel , Only just opened”

We knew when booking The Nature Hotel that it only been open for a week. We were prepared for any possible issues due to being brand new in operation. We were very pleased with the standard of the rooms on offer. Our room was a poolside deluxe suite with king bed. All room necessities were available and as such we had nothing extra to ask for. Room service was was good and the Breakfast buffet fresh and full of east and west choices. The pool was clean and big enough for laps with the room balcony access a top option. A pool bar was available with a solid option of drinks and food. Only a third of the hotel facilities was open with 100 of 300 rooms in use. Im sure as the remainder of the Hotel comes on line the great experience we had will be available across the rest of the facilities. Excellent staff from the top down. Eager to please and made to feel welcome. I would not hesitate to place The Nature Hotel at the top of your accomodation list.

Very friendly and chic, yet super practical. Recommended”

My first time in phuket and I checkin to an amazing hospitality focused hotel. The manager checked us an hour early as he didnt want us waiting, but also made sure to provide us some fresh towels and offer water, wifi, business lounge access while we waited for early checkin, as we landed in the early hours. The hotel is relatively new and is in a convenient location. The first leg of my trip being pattaya, I immediately noticed the staff's friendliness and genuine interest to help their guests through their trip.

Nice room,Many pools”

we booked a room with jacuzzi..design of the room is very modern..jacuzzi is clean..the room is clean..water pressure and heater is very good..there are so many pools that we can go for a swim..only cons is the location is far from jungceylon but there is a shuttle service provided..overall,it was a very pleasant stay at the Nature phuket..dont mind going there again! :)

Nice environment, quiet and surrounded by nature”

Staff with warmest greetings and a cold towel & Welcome is serve suiting check in. My pool access room at Building 9 which is a little far . Would recommend to book at building 6-8 which will have a better view. Breakfast is simple, restaurant is clean & bright lighting. Overhaul is a good stay with The Nature Phuket. Will recommend to other !

This place is outstanding !”

This place was outstanding. Although it wasn’t in a walkable distance to Patong area, there is shuttle bus to both Junceylon and Patong Beach. It’s only a 10 minutes ride which gives a quiet yet convenient location for vacation. The facilities are clean and nice and staff members are very helpful and polite. They have all you need in the resort and if you are looking for a holiday that can stay in a resort but still easy to get around, this is definitely your choice. Highly recommend the Jaccuzzi room as it is spacious and nice. The food is great too and restaurant is nice. The only thing to the Jaccuzzi is if it rains, the water tend to get quite cold.

The Hotel is a new one on Kalim Bay whic is not far from Patong beach but cant walk. u have to take a shuttle bus from the hotel, only until 8.00 pm if after that u have to take a taxi around 200-250 baht per round. The room is very functional and nice design. u will find everything u need in the room. Breakfast is great and staff are helpful and good service mind, also at the reception. The pool beach with cocktails bar is nice, not big not small, acceptable. Another pool i didnt check it out.

This hotel just open this month. The room is very beauitiful and staff is excellent. I absolutely come back here again next year. Hotel swimming pool look good with see thru pool. My 10 years old son play in pool all day. Fitness also good. I booked thsi hotel because i saw the pictures in website but the hotel is look much better than pictures. Breakfast also good. Hotel also arrange free shuttle bus to send me to center of patong. Thank u all staffs to make me have a good time.

Very nice new property with great pool facilities for kids”

A nice new property with very friendly staff and excellent service. Very clean rooms but the pool could be cleaner. They have good facilities for kids .There is a shuttle bus that drops you off at Patong (Jungceylon Mall) since you can't really walk to town but the last pick up time from Patong in the evening is 8.15pm which is way too early. There isnt a beach in front of the hotel.

Family theme hotel, near to the beaches”

The rooms are clean and spacious. The only constrain is , you need to travel quite far to phuket town. Other than that, all is good

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. A bit far from patong beach, fortunately hotel has shuttle bus go to patong beach, but cannot take luggage onto the shuttle bus. The room is clean and big, very comfortable.

Good swiming pool and friendly staff”

The swiming pool was very good we so much enjoy at the jungle pool . The staff very friendly &helpful . The neon bar rooftop its nice. variety breakfast .The area it abit out of patong beach but the hotel support for free shutter car by schedule. Quite and relax area .Totally we happy will come back again. Hightly recomment.

Everything was great. Only the location was abit far from Patong Beach. However, hotel will provide free Shuttle bus. The room is very nice and clean, and the crews serviced was very friendly as well. I like it very much.

Hidden gems In patong”

Best value luxury hotel with amazing staff. Cons is a bit far from Patong town but the hotel provide free shuttle services to patong town. Yummy thai seafood restaurant(must try) in walking distance just next to familymart

Retreat”

Compliments to the staff of THE NATURE... Flawless! Good spread for breakfast buffet. However disappointing with the location. The beach in front of hotel is not so great for any activities and shuttle bus from Patong Beach ends too early at 8.30pm

New comfortable hotel”

Newly built hotel with many great facilities, buffet breakfast with many selections, good food for room service, very spacious and modern design bedroom, we love the shower place so much. Free shuttle bus to patong area too!
