The hotel is located in front of Kuta beach which I really appreciated for surfing, sunsets and walks on the beach. There are many small shops near by to get drinks and snacks (next door to Starbucks, Circle K…). It is walking distance to restaurants and Beach Walk shopping mall. Moreover, the room is spacious and design. The opened bathroom is amazing and modern. The shower is spacious. The bed is so comfy. Furthermore, what makes a huge difference is the hotel staff. The staff is nice, friendly and customer-oriented. Reza, Eka, Putu, Widi, Rico were very helpful and gave me great recommendations during my stay. Best staff ever ! Thank you so much. Fantastic hotel & place !”
Really enjoyed this hotel… where do i start? We got the room with the small pool just outside the door.. overlooking the beach. Which gave some repost feel, a mini pool just metres from the bed. Then later on we upgraded to the junior suite which was wow. Spacious and comfy. Built in bath tub The hotel itself is at the centre of everything.. not to mention the beach is just 10m away across the road. Kuta is the place to be in Bali if one is looking for city life and food.

Took the suit room which is great for family. Love the space - Such huge space with living area and room separated by glass door. There is balcony. Toilet - such big space in the toilet and a nice bathtub. The view - The whole place has a fabulous 180 view of not just Kuta but also the distance view of the runway for plane lovers. To note other types of room will not have the full view of Kuta beach. Sound- Though a bit noisy due to the busy Kuta area, but the sound of wave from the ocean make the noise tolerable. Breakfast - is not the best but not bad either. Good location by the pool side and open concept. The non-halal food is separated from the other menu. Carpark - free parking. But quite inconvenient to get to drive to the carpark as it is on 1 of the alley. Thankfully didn't get lost in locating it. Staff - friendly and courteous. Security staff at the entrance is very helpful. Food - access to good food court (halal and non-halal) right beside the hotel. There are other good restaurants and small stalls. Shopping (for self and gifts) - There is a good bargain place at nearby at Garlic Lane. Remember to bargain especially shopping for clothes which can go as cheap as Rp30k per piece. Outside facility - easy access to Kuta beach, bike rentals, laundry, message spa, etc.

I love my stay here. Very spacious & clean rooms. The washroom has stained walls but i can look past that because of the very comfortable beds. The breakfast was so amazing. Wide selection and my kids really love our stay there. We will definitely be back for our next trip.

Great Location in front of beach with all different variety of resturants. 5 star hotel with great price and gery children friendly. Hotel staff is extremely humble starting from reception and her name is "Putu" always willing to assist. "Aji" who i have great conversation with and his assistance with finding me the best football venue flr FIFA final. "Tuday" with a beautiful welcome every time you come in and out of the hotel and every single person on the shift is amazing. Most important thing to mention is thier great buffet breakfast. Stayed for a week, the rooms were very nice and clean and the location is a very good accessible place, had the bike rentals and restaurants and money changers and mall nearby.....food was a bit repetitive but good, would recommend staying

Stayed here for a total of 5 nights. Our first two nights were in a heritage king room — was good space, and quiet but with minimal sunlight. Our last three nights were in heritage suite — was spacious, comfortable but because there was no noise cancellation, we had to survive the live band in the lower floor bar. Nevertheless, we really loved our stay as the location was great for what we were looking for: near the beach (literally across the street), Starbucks, mall and spas

We stayed for 4 days here and there are so many places to explore near the hotel. This hotel is in front of Kuta Beach, a busy road, and the parking space only for 3 cars. The lobby is very humble for 5 rate stars hotel. The room has medium space; it fits with the furniture in the room. The luxury comes from a borderless bathtub, wastafel, and the bedroom. This room also has a shower room and toilet too. The furniture is classy with woody and granite. It is clean, the towel and bed equipment are comfy. There is a moderate breakfast with a moderate taste, but you will be amazed at the view. The restaurant is on the 4th floor. You can see Kuta Beach from the high. If you need something, you can go to the lower ground and find Circle K there. The staff is helpful and customer-oriented.

A beautiful resort, only a year or so old, great design, friendly staff, stunning place, excellent facilities and beautiful rooms. Although you can’t use upstairs in November as it’s way to hot. Good for drying clothes up there though ! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

First impression when seeing the hotel from outside was not impressive and create big dissappointment choosing this hotel. Outer part of the building definitely need renovation and entrance area is so dark, dump and not well taken care. Good thing, all changed when we reached to the reception desk and enter the real area of hotel. Location very good for those who love city vibes, beach view, sunset lovers, very near to big mall and traditional market selling clothes and small Pura. Room is spacious and has good smell. Breakfast nice. But be careful when staying in Kuta area during peak season🙂 traffic can be very bad but of course this is caused by the premium location where all tourists wants to go.

The accommodation is good! Bedroom was quite big and comfortable, the hotel is located in a central area where you can find many restaurantes, bars and shops. The breakfast in the hotel is good, east and western option. We just found the music a bit annoying after a while, but if don't stay to long for your meal you won't get annoyed.

From the moment I arrived at breakfast, Surya and Okha greeted me and made it a lovely experience. The poached eggs are great and the vegetarian options as well. I enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is excellent and rooms as big as junior suites. Consider staying here.

Near perfect hotel, they provided us with a complimentary honeymoon cake on request and upgraded our room too. Loved the beach facing rooms. Room had all required amenities. Buffet breakfast is great for non vegetarians, but even for vegetarians like us there were a decent number of options available. Location is great, right across Kuta beach and lot of great dining options nearby.

Overall the hotel is good and worth the value for money (beach front, comfortable room, good service, next door to starbucks and a surf school). But the thing than made a huge difference is the guest relation (specifically Wenti). I went to bali with no plan and kuta was my 2nd location in bali and got another 2 week in bali. Wenti basically gave me good recommendation for my whole trip... she ask me for my preference and if i had any sort of idea of what i want to do... And from that.. She helped plan my whole trip.
