We booked 2 studio apartment and stayed for 3 days at this hotel, stay in this hotel same as we stay in our home, the equipment is very complete with large refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen, dining table, living room, and even a toilet for guests. while in the main room, we have a 5 star equipment with a jacuzi and a TV in the sink. Right next to the hotel there are many store and several restaurants. wangfujing pedistrian area and wangfujing subway station just a few minutes walk from the hotel. the area in front of the hotel is very quiet, you will doubt its safety, but don't afraid, this hotel is located in one of the safest areas in beijing. Precisely it is the value more of this hotel, you sleep in place which very quiet. I get a very reasonable price from Agoda. thanks to Agoda. I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel in beijing, of course, if the price of a hotel room is not changed. Only as an input to management, you need to add some couches in the lobby, you have so spacious lobby, but only have couch with 8 persons.

PERFECT HOTEL”
We stayed in this hotel for 4 night. Our room have one bedroom, study room, living/dinning room and kitchen. This hotel location is perfectly good. It's near Wangfujing Shopping Street, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. It's also near famous Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant and famous Hai Di Lao Hot Pot. All I can fantastic and wonderful throughout our stayed in this PERFECT HOTEL. Will definitely come back for next visit in Beijing.

OUahhhhhh, amazing”
this hotel is locate don Wangfujing, so very easy to walk around the city, visit the forbidden city or Tiananmen. This hotel is very clean and the offer some Furnished appartment, room are huges, mine had a living room, an office room, a bedroom, a bath room, a kitchen, a dressing. Too bad I arrived late and left early (4 am) so I couldn't really enjoy it. But for sure,I'll go again for a longer time with wife and kids.

Large and nice hotel”
This is a new hotel, lobby is nice and welcoming. Check in was easy with help of their friendly staffs. Hotel is located near to shopping area and easily accessible to places of interest. The room is big, clean, nicely decorated with a comfortable king size bed. Will be back to the imperial mansion if in Beijing again.

Gorgeous hotel but unhelpful staff”
The studio we had booked was absolutely stunning, with a large comfortable bed, a huge jacuzzi, a living room and a good desk to work, and two flat-screen televisions. The studio also has a washing machine - that was very practical, we washed our clothes twice during that week because in Beijing people smoke almost everywhere and we wanted our clothes to smell good. You can buy washing powder at the desk for 15RMB. There is also a good gym (open 24 hours a day) and a great indoor pool (open from 8am till 10pm). The apartment complex itself deserves five stars. In general, the staff was courteous and pleasant but we experienced a few situations which left us a bit unimpressed. We asked for a spa recommendation and the front-desk lady gave us an address of a spa which didn't exist (or at least, not at the address she had given us, we took a taxi for nothing). We also needed a taxi as we checked out and the front desk told us it's rush hour, they cannot order a taxi for us, we should go to another street and hail one ourselves (we had three weeks of luggage with us, there were no other guests in the lobby and there were three portiers with nothing to do). A tad unhelpful, not what l expect from a five star hotel!

Excellent, highly recommended”
Totally coming back the next time I visit Beijing. There were 2 toilets available which means we didn't have to snatch/queue for toilets. My parents also complement on the silence they enjoyed. Sometimes u can hear conversation going on at corridor and/or people closing their doors but at Marriott these do not happen. The staffs were also really helpful and considerate knowing we had an overnight flight and allow early check-in for us to rest before we embark on our journey.

NICE STAY”
It was quite a lovely stay. The staff are approachable and friendly. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, walkable distance to all kinds of shopping malls and restaurtant on the Wangfujing street. Room is clean and tidy with nice view of the street. The downside is that there is no instructions for eletric appliances in the kitchen. As we were not sure about if the microwave is the one with oven funtion and had tried to use it serveral times which didn't reheat the food properly, so we rang and asked it to the guest service. They confirmed that it is only a microwave and would send someone to show us how to use it. However, there is no one show up. We worked it out on our own in the end.

A superb hotel with a novel design rooms.”
We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and unusual design of the room we had with a large square bath opposite our bed and with a built in television. It is very convent to the main shopping street in Beijing and was very clean. As it was just one street away from the bussle of the city, it was surprising surprisingly quiet. We have recommended it to our friends.

I travelled with mom and young brother. It didn't hard to find this hotel location since it just a few walks from Wang Fu Jing shopping arcade. The spacious room did really impress us! The most lovely about this hotel is its location! Foods, Shopping Centres, Night Market, MRT Station could be reached nearby evenmore to Tianamen Sq/Forbidden City by 10mins walk!

clean, convenience, privacy”
we decided to stay here because its near to wangfujing st. and near to the subway also we can walk form hotel to tian'anmen square and fobidden city in 10 mins ( 1.2km ) very convenience. this place was just perfect for us. one thing wasnt good was a tour, we arrived on thursday and we booked a great wall and ming tombs full day tour for the saturday,but they sent us a letter on friday night at midnight to let us know that the tour was fully book! so we suggest the hotel to change to tour company, the reception offer us a wine and a breakfast for an apology. anyway we had a nice stay there for 4 nights. recommended

Well located, serviced apartment”
The Imperial Mansion is located within walking distance of the Imperial City and Tiananmen Square as well as a major pedestrian shopping street. This makes it an ideal place for families on holiday. Service however, is lacking. It is difficult to communicate with many of the staff given a poor grasp of English. Do not expect much help with directions or in getting a taxi.... fortunately, the property is located close to a metro stop.

Great location and wide room with great bath tub”
First of all, it is a great accommodation. I was really happy during my stay. But it is an executive apartment, so the room is very big. Sometimes I felt it was too big if you just stay overnights. For example, if you are thirsty at night, it will make you like walking a hundred miles to reach refrigerator. Anyway, I love it..

Efficient check in and out. Very friendly and good English speaking staff . Decent breakfast with good variety of menu. The hotel is a shor walk to Wanfujang, a major shooping district, to Tiannmun Square and the Imperial Palace and the national museums. Superb choice for Beiijing Marathon runners. The event starts at Tiannmun Square. Hotel is also close to subway stations, a great asset for local sight seeing.

Hotel's location is very convenient n it is a 5min walk from the Wangfujing metro station. The frontdesk stuff is very attentive to us (we had a number of requests). Didnt try the breakfast or facilities though. Our room was huge and there were cooking facilities and even a washing machine (we frequently used the express wash option). Recommended place!

Good hotel and good location but taxi cannot access during meeting perios”
Due to the meeting hold in Beijing Hotel nearby, taxi could not access to the main hotel (and this happened oftern). We had to walk with luggage about 100 meters at cold night to the hotel. And when we left the hotel, could not get any taxi, the hotel staff tried hard to help getting taxi but nobody wanted to come and the staff had to send us to the nearby street and get a underground taxi. The room was very cold, one of us caught cold the 2nd day. The staff told us this was their normal temperature. But finally technician adjusted air conditioner temperature (they blocked it) and room became quite warm. We did not understand hotel front desk told us the cold room was normal. If the hotel wanted to save money on electronic bill and if some guest did need warmer room, just adjust the air conditioner and tell the truth.
