Value for money ..Neat and clean hotel ..!!”

Hi , it was a short trip to Bangalore .I booked Elanza hotel by seeing the ratings however it was wonderful experience staying at this property. 1: Neat and clean rooms .Well maintained four star standards 2: Customer centric front office and restaurant team.Always one step ahead to ensure our needs are met 3: All toiletries are meeting the standards of 5star property. 4: Well behaved staff and proper response to your request over the phone. 5: Excellent pricing of rooms and food tariff is very low compared to other four star hotels.Quality of food and water is very good. Very good hotel”

It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel. Fiest of all it is close to the main point in the center of the city. Very clean everywhere. The hotel personal is very well trained and experienced, full respect of customers and very attantive to any need. Cafe food is tasty, very clean. If I'm at Bangalore next time for sure will prefer to stay with Elanza and will recommend to my friends

Comfortable pleasant stay”

Comfortable stay at the heart of the city. Staff performance at its best. One area they can improve would be the quality of buffet food. I noticed yoghurt kept open and small flies on it. I also find food quality below par in taste and presentation for a four star hotel. Papadams appear to be cooked in reused oil which was apparent by lot of black particles on papadam. they can charge higher for buffet and improve their standards in good quality. Otherwise Elanza remains my favourite place to stay in Bangalore.

Excellent Hotel”

I stayed in Elanza from Nov 14 to Nov 18, 2017 with my mum and husband. Overall, the hotel is fantastic in every way especially the service we got from housekeeping, the breakfast team staff who were so accommodating to our requests. 5 Star ratings to them. There are two major flaws which Elanza should seriously look into. a) I booked Elanza specifically requesting interconnecting rooms via Agoda on 29 September 2017 so that we can keep an eye on my elderly mum. Despite the several reminders sent via email, the interconnecting rooms were not ready on the day of our arrival. We were informed that the interconnecting rooms will be ready the following day after noon ie. 15 November by which time we had already unpacked our items and found it too much of a hassle to pack and unpack again. Moreover, we were out the entire 15 November and only reached the hotel late in the night. We were also promised by the night staff that their manager will speak with us on this but he never did.

Deserve a 10/10 for Room Quality”

I was quite reluctant to stay in the hotel that was arranged by a business partner due to past experience in Bangalore. After checking Agoda website, I found Elanza Hotel which was within my budget and its delightful ratings. Elanza Hotel did not disappoint me. This elegant hotel was pretty well maintained with stylish rooms. Cleanliness was superb. Only thing which was inadequate was the quality of food served in this hotel. Laundry was out-sourced and it took a little while to get cleaned and delivered. Airport transfer was punctual at a high price probably because Elanza was located in the heart of Bangalore. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my choice to stay at Elanza and would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues.

Pleasant stay”

Chic decor throughout the hotel (lobby, restaurant, suites). Bathroom fittings are very modern (roller blind for privacy, high-tech shower stall features). Complimentary breakfast buffet very extensive and well prepared. We tried the dinner buffet on two successive nights and were pleased that the quality was excellent and different dishes were available from one night to the next. All staff very pleasant to deal with except for one front desk agent who continually misinterpreted requests about adjoining rooms and room cleaning. Also, A/C in the rooms couldn't be regulated properly so we either tolerated it being too cold or would have to shut if off entirely. Overall, we would stay here again if returning to Bangalore.

I booked this hotel for my parents's stay after reading good review on the internet. They loved this hotel so much! This is the place to stay in Bangalore. Location, room comfort, staff service and dining are perfect! Excellent service by the staff there. Truly a value-for-money hotel. A definite place to stay for our next trip to Bangalore. Highly recommended!!

Elanza”

Excellent Location in the heart of city in city of Bengaluru where cutting the traffic is a big task. Front desk and all the staff were very co-operative and well trained to give you an experience of hospitality at its best. I really appreciate the culture here among staff members. Rooms were very well decorated and equipped for all the latest requirement of modern traveller. Shower fitting and bath room toiletries were up to mark. I personally find the lights in the room little less than required and the switches were little challenging to identify as it was all connected for automation. The Hotel is a well maintained very clean city hotel. The staff are very disciplined. Very prompt on requests. We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel isn't far away from all major shopping malls in bangalore. I highly recommend this hotel to those who would like to have a stress free visit to bangalore.

Excellent hotel”

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Elanza. Everything was just top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe@Elanza was excellent too with a nice spread for breakfast. The dinner which is also a buffet was very good too but some may find the food a bit too spicy. Spice lovers would love it though. Don't worry if you are vegetarian; there is plenty. The suite room was excellent with all necessary amenities provided. The bed and the pillows were really soft which made for a pleasant nights sleep. Overall, an excellent hotel in an excellent location.

A comfort stay with a big smile”

Our stay in Elanza hotel was a wonderful experience in the superior room. The whole team is maintained very efficiently from the security to the room service. We are welcomed with a big smile on the day we checked in and that same gesture was maintained until we checked out of the hotel. Food was too good to the high standard of star hotels. We had a pleasant stay and wish to be back next time. Totally we felt at home.

well built central hotel”

A building constructed with wonderful marble and wood materials in the central part of Bangalore with in easy walk to many restaurants. The rooms are becoming a bit worn but very pleasant. Fabulous breakfasts. Mediocre dinner unless you enjoy heavy oily gravies. The credit card machine does not accept foreign cards. My foreign card worked everywhere else before and afterwards in Bangalore.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Excellent location, good rooms and great staff. Really good deal for the price we paid. Very nice and genuine people. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Best customer service experience I had in Bangalore.

Good Hotel”

To Start with the check in was quick and efficient. Lobby is spacious and neatly done. The centrally air conditioned room is quite spacious, neat and clean with all amenities like tea coffee maker, Refrigerator, electronic safe etc. The toilet is clean and is with all toiletries. Hotel provides free WI-Fi. The room service is good and so is the food served in room. The break fast had good spread and is of reasonably good quality. The hotel served buffet lunch and dinner with good variety at a very reasonable price of Rs 450/ . Business center and fitness center are available in the hotel. The staff is courteous and extremely help full. Location is good.

Didn't want to leave! ”

Absolutely loved this place. So clean, gorgeous rooms, amazing standards and great location, not too far from touristy places, but actually in the heart of the real Bangalore when you walk down the back roads. Totally safe, friendly and accommodating staff. Love it to the point we kept extending our stay. Highly recommend

This is a nice hotel to stay in Bangalore. Good value for money and well decorated rooms. Not very far from MG road and Brigade road. Food variety is good.

Overall, v happy with stay as room was v quiet and bed was v comfortable. Food at breakfast as of good quality, though not hot. Tut tuts were cheap and safe. Clothes and textile in Bangalore were cheap and very pretty. Tks!
