I would like to specially thank the management representative Ms. Ng Sok Yee and her team, who was so kind and helpful when I had a medical emergency during my stay at Canvas Hotel. Ms. Ng had personally visited me at the hospital emergency during late midnight just to provide me with some comfort knowing that I travel alone. I would recommend this hotel for those who are planning to stay in Klang and know that there are managed by a good and responsible management team. I will visit again.

Very clean and beautiful place to stay!”
I booked few times their standard room and this is the first time I booked their suite room. It was so beautiful, clean and comfortable. Hotel is just next to the Aeon mall, and across is the bus also going to the airport which is very convenient for tourists. Only disappointment is that their swimming pool was only for their residents and no pool access for hotel guests which made my nephew really heartbroken as we have good view of the pool infront of us.

The room was cute and full of arts, easy to go shopping as Aeon just a cross the road, i love the room cleanliness the most. Facilities in the room and hotel are well maintained. Staffs are very helpfull and friendly. Kudos to Nadirah and Jenny from the receptions. Will definitely come back again. Thanks for the memories.

Hotel closed to shopping mall.. not worry about getting food..even they have their own cafe at ground floor. Room was super duper nice and clean..staff really nice and polite.. sure will come again

Had some issues with my documents, traveling during this MCO with government SOPS changing regularly. The kind staffs were very helpful and patiently tried their best to help me sort everything out, despite the late hour. Appreciate their kind understanding and patience throughout. Clean room, good service, very happy with my stay and will definitely be back!

Clean hotel, great staff”
Clean new hotel. The staffs are attentive and helpful. Location is excellent, there are lots of restaurants around (within a minute of walking from the hotel) and a mall right across (connected by a walkbridge). Wifi is fast and free. I will definitely come back and stay again when I'm back in the area.

Beautiful and clean Reception will be at medium floor, ain't at the entrance Parking is spacious but need to pay around RM7 per day (if not mistaken) Not recommend park at the basement due to elevator was broken

The hotel design & deco was very nice, once you enter the hotel lobby smell very good, modern design for the layout & furniture, good value for money, safety was good a lot of cctv, a lot of parking space for the guest(complimentary free parking), the room equip with fridge, water heater, astro chanel, the matress are very comfortable, wifii in the room, there’s a lot of shops, restaurant around the area even shopping mall just opposite the hotel. No swimming pool or gym facilities & hopefully there’ll be cafe in the hotel in the near future.

We enjoyed our week long stay at The Canvas Hotel during our business trip. The artistic and the minimalist touch to the rooms and the entire hotel was amazing. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The security guard Mr. Ramesh was very friendly and offered advice and great suggestions.

A new hotel with free parking service”
We cannot locate the main entrance at the first time cos it locates at the service apartments area. The room is clean with modern design. It's close to the Aeon with some food outlets around. If you drive, please go to the I-City, Klang, there is a shopping mall 'Sogo' (the time we go is with free parking) and its food court is recommended.
