A great place to stay. ”
For me, everything was good. From the check in right up to the check out. The room was big and air-conditioning was good (and quiet). Rooms is also clean and tidy. Locations is definitely a plus point here, as everything is nearby and within walking distance. We had fun in the pool too. There’s a 24hrs Spa + Massage there too. Convenient for those who need a late night in the comfort of your own room. Breakfast was alright but a word of advice; go early to avoid the crowd. We will definitely return to stay again. Perfect stay,near to Penuin Market and BCS Mall.. But there is something u all need to know regarding GRAB. Tho who loves to travel and like to used Grab as your transportation..BCC no longer allowed to do so. Last time we can booked grab over the hotel.. Now u need to walk to safe location to book your Grab. As a tourist.. A great hotel should have this kind of benefits for the hotel guest. As you know the taxi rate is ridiculous. The hotel should give back those benefits to the guest like us who always travel with grab. As the percentage of people taking Grab in Batam is 85% maybe

The hotel staff was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a suite when the room type that I requested for is unavailable. The hotel is not a purpose built hotel like I Hotel or batam city hotel. Hence, the facility such as the pool and gym is shared with residents, which is still acceptable. The karaoke and breakfast restaurant on the "P4" feels stuffy since they did not in the aircon when I was there around 4pm. The kara room is large and can seat 10 pax for the smallest room. The hotel is generally very friendly as per all the other Indonesians in batam.

Spacious Room & Near to BCS Mall”
Big & Spacious room for the Apartment Room that i have booked. Unfortunately upon Check-In is Super Late and Slow due to Holiday Period and visitors are alot even though its already pass 3pm for Check-In. I hope the Hotel Management can look into the matters when its super crowded during the period mention. Overall im satisfied with the hotel upon staying there. Buffet Breakfast is good and have alot of choices to choose from and the Wifi in the room is strong and fast. Well recommended to all.

Exceptional”
The location is very good. Many eateries around. Good food at A2 in the morning n evening. Batam centre shopping Malls, dry n wet markets are within walking distance. A new shopping mall ‘Top 10’ opposite the dry market. Although my room was not ready on my arrival at 3.20 pm. I took the waiting time to walk around. When I returned 2 hours later, they were queue for incoming guest. Hence it took a little time just to collect my room keys. Stayed at 19th deluxe twin room. No Complaint for the room. Very spacious n clean. Check out was good at 12 pm as our ferry was at 2 pm. No chance to use other hotel facilities. Overall, stay was good n will return again on next visit.

26th dec ww stayed at BCC 2 bedroom apartment n we find out there is no bathtub. So we request for downgrade to Premier Suite with a connecting room. Thats is the best room ever. One thing good about BCC the staffs are very friendly n approachable. Definitey will come back to BCC

We booked the room with the living and dining area and jacuzzi. Really big, could fit a lot of people. The bedroom is separated from the living room. Nearby sushi tei(2 mins walk) and shopping mall. (4mins walk). There's karaoke lounge, breakfast, pool and gym too. All in well kept conditions.

All well, the only negative feedback on this stay is, the KTV metal music is very annoying, I can't have good sleep at beginning. That was about 1145pm batam time. Really bad. My room is at 12th floor, still too much noise. I wonder how other room guest can withstand it? Or only my room's sound insulation design has problem? I don't know. If this can be improve I believed it Will be perfect!

Value for money when i got it at off peak rate. enjoyed my stay although they forgot to provide ashtray, hand towel & face towel. breakfast is not as good as there are very limited choice, compared to the near by hotels like gideon or ihotel. Good location to BCS and the wet market.

Pros : - Right next door to BCS Mall - Massive living room (booked the suite) - Suite comes with an awesome jacuzzi - Lots of options for cheap and good food nearby Cons : - Lack of 2-pin power sockets - Quite crowded due to popularity - Heavy traffic around the area, especially during evenings Didn't try the breakfast (overslept), the pool (booked for an event) and the spa.

Pros: hotel is nearby with market that sold keropok for snack in affordable price. Next to the hotel, there is a food court and shopping mall for you to get your dinner. I totally recommend to eat at the food court. It have bbq fish and seafood. I always eat there to eat for my dinner. Cons: don't go there during festival period. Expect a crowd there.

Hotel within walking proximity of 2 main shopping centres (BCS & Grand SC). Those interested in dry food goods and crackers, they are also available nearby at Penuin Market area and around the market selling children item and cheap bags, haversacks, handbags, wallet, belt n etc. Really worth the money.

First time staying at BCC hotel ”
A very nice hotel with centralized location. Food courts and malls are within 5min walking distance. Room is very spacious too. The bad things about this hotel is the waiting of the lift. Had to wait 15mins for the lift and another 15mins from 21st floor to the lobby level! And also the towels. Looks clean but has a smell. And the shower room has a strong urine smell too. Hope it's a one off incident. If so, I'll definitely go back and stay at BCC hotel again.
