Pleasant surprise ”
I have been traveling through Thailand for 3months. Most Hotels have been understaffed and neglected. Bayview was a complete surprise. Staff greeted me at the car to help with luggage, prompt attention at check in and so clean and kept up. Room was spotless. Located between the beach and commotion of Pattaya night life. Peace and quiet. All the exterior was kept up beautifully as well, including the lobby,pool and restaurant. Adhering to all COVID protocol. Hats off to Bayview for maintaining the property and keeping the staff intact during this crazy time. I will be back without a doubt next time I come to Pattaya. Recommend for families and couples.

This is my go to resort in Pattaya, close to beach road, close to walking street and central. The resort has good value for money. The staff are excellent, the rooms are great, especially the bed. the food is great and breakfast is excellent.

Friendly staff, good location, I got a room facing beach and happened that there was a fire works on display on 25 and 26 Nov, watched the entire display in the comfort of my room, anyway, recommended hotel for a reasonable price with all facilities of a 5 star hotel.

Three free room upgrades!”
We were travelling as a family group of six. We had 3 of the most basic rooms possible, but had requested that all three rooms were on the same floor. Our parents and older children were upgraded to sea view rooms, whilst we were upgraded to the top floor suite. Covering the whole end of the floor, it was huge, and the connected front room with sofas etc was a great place to socialise together in the evening. The hotel is immaculately clean, the breakfast buffet was of a good standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there or recommend this hotel to my friends family and colleagues. the three different pools were very quiet and popular with our kids. The beach is a 2 minute walk down a dedicated pathway direct to the main strip. Convenient, but far enough away that you couldn’t hear the noise of the Pattaya beach front.

Excellent hotel - highly recommend ”
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bayview during the holiday season. Whilst it was initially very quiet, the mood and holiday-goers soon picked up as New Years approached. The location of the hotel was excellent and we loved having access to both Second Rd and Beach Rd. Staff were very attentive, kind and polite. Whilst the hotel is a little outdated, it was quaint, roomy and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect”
The hotel offered me a free upgrade to the sister hotel Wave hotel! Staffs are so friendly and they have full hospitality mind. This is the good point of designers hotel. The location is also amazing in front of the beach. Breakfast is order style but you can order anything and add if you want to eat more. The room bed was amazing !! I felt so comfortable and cozy, once I lied down, I didn't want to stay up anymore.

It's located on the good location even if not besides the beach but it takes about 5 mins by walk to the beach, it's also near the shopping mall. Staffs are friendly and facilities for children is good enough. Breakfast is not so bad but on the day that we stayed, there were Indian tour group so almost half line of food was Indian food.

Truly an underrated hotel”
This hotel has the charm of a location you might see pictured in a 1940's movie showing an elegant hotel for the rich and famous. There is such beauty everywhere in this hotel, from the two swimming pools to the fabulous game room and bar. There are many quiet and private little sitting areas throughout the common areas of the hotel. You can have a private conversation while still feeling a part of the main activity of the hotel. The dining area is beautiful and the food is divine. My room had a balcony and was very large. I personally would stay at this hotel over any of the newer larger big chain hotels.

Tranquil and peaceful ”
conveniently located between the beach road and 2nd road with dual acess. Hotel is simply beautiful it's has the Classic 60's motif with grand and elegant lobby. Room was clean and adequate. Staff was courteous and professional. No issues and loved everything about the hotel. Daily breakfast was always the same and got little boring.

One of my favorite hotels in Thailand”
Loved this hotel. It’s like an oasis in the middle of Pattaya. It felt like a Grand Hotel of yesteryear. Perfectly maintained. Outstanding staff! On arrival, before getting out of taxi, help with bags was at the trunk to retrieve luggage. Jibi, at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent. Everyone on staff is extremely friendly, quickly getting to know you and more than willing to help in any way. Security was friendly, respectful and alert at all times. I chose a Seaview Deluxe room with breakfast included. The room was very nice, outstanding bed with good amenities. VERY quiet, beautiful ocean view and fast wifi. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and did an excellent job each day. I traveled Thailand for over a month and stayed at many hotels. This was my favorite. So much so that once I moved on to my next location, I cancelled follow-on location and returned, unplanned, to The Bayview because I loved it so much. Great for singles, couples and families.

Bayview is very well located. It's walking distance from Central Mall. Restaurants, massage, beach everything is within 5-10 mins walk. Their Deluxe rooms are refurbished and have Seaview. If you are in a group would suggest booking a suite as it has enough place for about 10 people to sit in the evening. Higher floor rooms have better view. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
