Incredible Experience, Best Value, 5* Service ”
I was a little hesitant before i arrived after reading one or two negative reviews. Sometimes it's best to just ignore them as i did! This was without doubt the best hotel experience i have had in Phuket and beyond. The rooms were really excellent, with the most comfortable bed and sleep i have had in Thailand. Everything in very good condition and well looked after. There was also plenty to do at this resort, with a great cafe, dessert / cake shop, and restaurant on site. The food was very good with one of the best pad thai noodles and pizza i have had on this trip. There is also a petting zoo, which was very well managed and the animals were clearly well looked after. Kids and adults alike were able to feed, pet, and hold various animals twice a day. The staff need a Huge mention as it is very rare to have such exemplary service and care from ALL staff.. including even the room cleaners. I could not fault the hotel staff in any way after a week's stay. Finally the gardens are lovingly managed and very beautiful. They make this resort something of a jewel that lives just a few steps from the beach that is just across the road. If you like a more quiet beach then this is the one, nothing to compare to the crowded and noisy beaches in Patong etc. Thank you to all the staff and Kudos to the management for keeping this resort at such high standards despite the challenges of recent times!

Holiday in the off season”
Pros - great price because we went in September and it was off season. - the grounds/ gardens are pure heaven! - the pools are great! There are few to from. - The breakfast was okay, big selection but not the best standard. I would give like 3 and half stars for the breakfast Cons- - we had 2 rooms. the bed in one bed was soft and comfortable the beds in the other room were hard as a rock! What stood out for you - the rooms were great! Especially after a big day out and about on tours. Grounds were fantastic and everybody was super friendly and attentive. I would say overall it is a solid 4 star resort.

Simply the best!”
One of the best hotels I've visited. Rooms were very clean and had a good feeling about them. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time. There is so much to do here you can stay for some time and not even want to leave the beautiful manicured gardens. I don't think i can remember having such good service also from ALL staff.. Kudos to the management! I will be returning soon as no where else compares!

Worth it. ”
The location is very good and facilities are very good. Most importantly their staff is very helpful and cooperative. All people at frontdesk I interacted with spoke good English. Unfortunately i had to be hospitalised because of chronic pain in stomach and hotel staff did everything possible to help us. They were so amazing. They even made sure my kids ( aged 8 and 13) get lunch while i and my wife went to hospital. I am really touched by their hospitality. I would like to give a heartfelt special thanks to Moo who sent pizza for my kids in room while my wife and i rushed to hospital in ambulance. I would also like to thank Adel who helped us with ambulance and also kept checking in my health status. I would highly recommend this property because of their staff who go out of their way to help the hotel guest.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful big garden! Good location, about 15min to Karon Centre and many street restaurants. Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent, very helpful staff! Good breakfast, many different kind of food, however day per day the same.

Exceptional”
Upea hotelli ja -alue. Ranta aivan vieressä. Vain vähän tuoleja, mutta niitäkin löytyy. Rannalla aika vähän palveluita. Hotellissa siistit ja tilavat huoneet. Runsas aamiainen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin ruoat ja juomat hieman kalliimmat, kuin ravintoloissa ja kaupoissa. Hotellialueella myös eläimiä joita sai ruokkia. Lintuja, kaneja, kilpikonnia ja vuohia. Phuketin liikenne vaarallista, esim. vaunujen kanssa todella hankala kulkea. Kävelykatuja todella vähän. Vaikka välimatkat lyhyet, liikenteen vuoksi siirtymiset hitaita. Esim. lentokentältä hotellille kesti yli tunnin, vaikka matkaa oli vajaa 50km. Kaiken kaikkiaan upea reissu ja hotelli. Suosittelen käymään Phi Phi saarella! Aivan erilainen kuin Phuket.

Nothing bad to say say about the hotel. Other than the breakfast buffet we didn’t eat at the hotel, food appeared expensive compared to local restaurants but no surprise there We stayed for ten nights from 23rd June 2019 and had double adjoining rooms. Very spacious, well appointed and cleaned every day.

Beautiful Resort”
Fabulous resort set in an amazing sub tropical gardens. Lovely staff (especially the really helpful Candy), good value for money, lovely clean rooms clean beach, I could go on and on. If I had to be really critical the room wifi was overworked and could be temperamental but in the public rooms it was fine.

Peaceful Nature ”
We chose this place due to the proximity to Karon Beach and the tropical garden location was superb. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and the balcony overlooked the gardens with some water views. The staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and the breakfast spread was huge, a bit smaller if you are vegetarian but still adequate. The lunch buffets were good value too. The pools were amazing, with the main one with a central bar more suitable for adults. Our last trip was with two kids so we preferred a villa in another resort with plenty of space. But this resort was grand and so it is a case of your personal preference. The other aspect of this resort that was their love of nature and their focus on reducing our impact on it. Highly recommend it.

Animal zoo is lovely for kids ! ”
I stayed here with my 4 year old son , he loved the baby animal onsite farm ! staff here are lovely and the rooms clean and airy , breakie could be a tad better but you wouldnt starve ! slides are great but pretty dangeous for young ones ! friction burns from his netting in his shorts ! so be warned but they are fun just take it slow ! Adults can get whip lash on the large middle slide ! Location is excellent as the beach opposite is stunning ! plenty of lovely local resturants near by and great massage places .. very nice community feel and we felt very safe x

Eerie and ghostly experience ”
We book 2 nights at this resort. Upon our arrival, we were welcome with roselle tea and cold towels to quench our thirst and exhaustion. We were much than delightful that they upgraded our deluxe bedroom to a bedroom suite, which has 2 balconies and 2 big rooms (living and bedroom). On the first night, both of us were chilling in the living room playing our phones and watching the tv, suddenly all power went out and everything was black. I thought it was normal and waited for 2-3 seconds and the electricity came back. And 30seconds later, another black out happen and on again after 2-3 seconds. The blackout happen 4 times (on and off), I was getting very scared and rush to the door to check out other rooms were facing the same problem, but no one was at the corridor and I guess it’s just my room. After checking other rooms and I went back to my own suite, everything was normal. P.S. my room was quite near the far end of the resort facing the road, with lotsa statues, plants and trees surrounding it, which gives it a more eerie feeling. Overall I’ll recommend this resort as their services are 5-stars and one thing I would like to voice out : there’s a lot of flies flying everywhere in the breakfast hall.

It was absolutely amazing experience for both of us. Our room was upgraded for free upon arrival and the warm welcome we received, priceless. We feel at home every time we enter the front door. It is near to the beach, motorbike rental, ATM and just 15 minutes to Patong city. Looking forward to come again next time.

One of the most beautiful & comfortable hotel”
The staffs were super friendly. I love the welcome drink very much and the dried flower was planted within the resort! The staff were friendly and helpful. When I checked out, Ton still provided me a pool towel so I stayed at the pool in the rest of the afternoon. The hotel spa center provided superior services with the best massage I had I Thai with very reasonable price. The resort was extraordinary beautiful with gardens and pools and fine facilities. The only cons part was my room located next to the beach road and it was a bit noisy at night before midnight.

This place is the best resort in Karon, they have absolutely everything you need. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, amazing pools and outdoor areas, great food options, gorgeous gardens to wander around in, super clean and tidy, you really don’t need to go anywhere else. Also, even though there are a few families with young children, the resort is plenty big enough with enough areas to still get quite time away from noisey children. Love this place, this is our 7th stay here & they always take such great care of our family. Highly recommend Thavorn Palm Beach, Best Resort ever*****

Great value for money ”
We got an end of season deal which made the resort fantastic value for money and not too busy. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh foods. Only issue was the air conditioning in the room was very loud making it tough to sleep with it on, thank you Take on reception for helping us switch rooms (twice), but we found the AC very noisy in all 3 rooms.

Beautiful gardens”
We enjoyed this hotel - it had beautiful gardens, a large breakfast buffet, amazing pools, friendly and attentive staff and so close to Karon beach. We were given an upgraded room although it was slightly tatty and needed a refurb. The hotel was quiet as it’s low season and heavily reduced in price per room. We would go back but not during high season.

Great value, location and holiday ”
Great location, shops, restaurants bars near by but you can't hear them. Our room was in the corner of complex so quite a walk to complex exits but exercise was good. Amazing gardens, pools were OK and staff were nice. Good for families and couples. Would 100% come back to this resort.
