Whether you’re a solo traveller, couple, or family - this place is absolutely amazing! From the moment you lay eyes on this aesthetically pleasing quaint boutique hotel - you will be in love! Talakkia is a hidden gem (literally, down a secure back alley), just a ten minute walk from Chinatown. The staff were exceptional, the food moderately priced and delicious, and the room superbly clean with everything you need - and not to mention the unique, modern-industrial chic decor, so cute! Would stay here a million times more if I could have the chance to! Handy mini bar with snacks and drinks to purchase, tiny (but wonderfully relaxing) outside pool and spa/reading/relaxing area, elevator, and ice cream are just a few of the other great perks! Side note - needed a quick shower after checking out and leaving for the day, staff easily let my partner and I come in, rent a towel, and shower up before a long night train ride (appreciate this so much!) - Talakkia, one of the best stays EVER.

Very nice budget hotel near Chinatown”

The location for us was excellent, a short walk from Chinatown with its plenty of good stalls and markets. The room is small but clean and functional and has a kettle and fridge which is great. There's a small pool and a decent restaurant with plenty of options. It's a good place to sit and have a beer in the evening after a night walking round Bangkok. The staff are very friendly too. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great small hotel right in the middle of bangkok (old town+china town). Great coffee and breakfast at the hotel. Really enjoy for stay here with our group of friends. Recommend to travel with a group of friend or family.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in quiet neighbourhood ”

I absolutely love this place! In a quiet part of town (not easy to find in Bangkok), but right next to the river, so super super easy to get to all the tourist attractions. Lovely ammenable staff, who helped me sort a nice surprise for my friends. Very comfy beds, and very importantly GREAT breakfast. Will stay again!

Nice decor room, clean restroom. But do not talk too loud, people next room will hear you. Most friendly reception and staff that i ever met. Delicious breakfast. Can walk to China Town and Golden Buddha Pagoda in China Town (10-15 min). 7-Eleven near by hotel.

Nice but small room”

The hotel was nice, with clean rooms, a little pool and friendly staff. The location was good, close to the train station and china town. There was some fantastic street food nearby. The room was rather small but worked for our short stay. I would recommend for people in transit rather than long stay. I would probably book here again.

Good value, professional staff”

We've stayed in a family room with our 4-year-old. It's a good location in China town, the staff is very helpful and professional, we booked tours and taxis with them and everything was great. It's a no frills hotel but it does the job - clean, close to major sights, all in all a good value for money. Thanks to all the staff members, you are great!

Very design room, clean and comfortable bed. Good price for stay. when do check in, payment by thai baht cash and deposite keycard are required. Also good location.

Simple but adequate ”

Pleasant comfortable small hotel close to the main train station. Only problem is that if you booked by Agoda in order to avoid carrying cash around, you will find that they ask for a cash deposit - kind of defeats the purpose.

Me and my family really enjoy staying in this hotel. Staff is Amazing and Super helpful, There is small plunge pool for relax and for your children. Cleaners are excellent, too. Definitely come back.

Located near to China Town and Hua Lam Phong station, room was comfortable and clean. Alleys toward the hotel was a little quiet and dark to walk back at night. Too few electrical outlet in the room. Water heater not hot enough and pressure was low.

Nice hotel, location is a bit far from Yaowarat rd (ard 15” walk) and pool is not well maintained. Overall, I rate this hotel with 4* and recommend

Near Chinatown, just walk about 800m can find nice food.. Walk about 500m by ferry can go icon siam to shopping and eat local food If lazy to work, can get delicious food from hotel

Pro: the location near chinatown & MRT, the room is nice and large, the AC worked well, bathroom was clean Cons: the kitchen staff already left at 7 pm so we have to eat out

Breakfast : Chinese Style serve for a la carte , Good coffee . Place : Modern style , Room and Bed size Minimal style. Location : Close to china town , easy to find many streetfood .
