Good service and close to Starbucks ”

Only stayed three nights in Taiwan and did business in Hsinchu so the Berkeley hotel suited me perfect, free WiFi or cable in case needed, refrigerator in the room.

Pleasant staff, spacious room, but somewhat dated”

The room smelled mildewy and musty. The beds were a little hard, but ok. The bathroom was fine with quality working fixtures. The TV was an old style CRT, but it worked fine. Parking is a hassle because you have to drive in an elevator to get to and from a basement parking area. The area is small and can only accommodate about half a dozen cars. The breakfast that came with the room was ok, although I was worried about the expiry date of perishable foods like fresh butter and yogurt drinks which weren't really being kept cold before they were served.

Pleasant, confortable and near where I wanted to go. Bus stops in front of the hotel, great eateries nearby. Great location.

Much different from expectation”

first of all, it was not easy to find hotel while driving. the hotel was old and. though wireless internet service was provided, the signal in our room (3f) was very weak to use. so that we had to go out of our room to use internet. however, everything was equipped so that staying a night was ok. one thing i do not like is surroundings it was messy....

We regretted greatly for booking this hotel. Can't sleep at night, had to get up to fight with mosquitoes. Air-con didn't work. Shower head hangs loose. No place to put toiletries in the bath room. Too expensive for what was offered. Will not recommend it to anyone.

Etwas altmodisch und auch schon älteres Inventar. Frühstück kenne ich besser in Hsinshu.

シャワーのお湯が温度ご低く風邪を引くかと心配しました。部屋の匂いも結構きつくて苦痛でした。 従業員たちがとっても親切で、いつも笑顔で接してくれました。でも、もう利用したくありません。

房間上面寫vip房 以為沒房間而升級確是非常恐怖的房間 進去很大間還有腳踏車可以運動 還有沙發 看起來還不錯蠻乾淨 睡覺睡到一半停電.....而且服務台也覺得很怪電腦顯示電都沒問題 怎麼會停電.... 是要嚇死誰啊...... 後來換一間房間 以為因該沒事了。睡到一半聽到流水聲..... 嚇到都睡不著。後來研究一下才發現牆壁上有樓上的管路外露 所以樓上用水樓下就會有流水聲.....
