Excellent Last Minute Stay”

Booked this hotel last minute since our original hotel cancelled on us. Originally had booked two rooms for four people but upon checking in we got four rooms, with two rooms connecting with each other. Super clean, staff were very nice, small but lovely onsen, and breakfast was filling. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring the Yamagata region.

アクセスとお風呂が。”

サービスは普通のビジネスホテル。でもアクセスの悪さ（車）とお風呂が狭いの2点でこの評価です。せっかくお風呂の混み具合が室内のテレビで確認できるという画期的なシステムがあるのにスムーズに連携できていないのがとても残念。何度もエレベーターを乗り降りしてやっとお風呂に入れましたが22時以降の話です。もったいない。

美味しい朝食”

５月に宿泊して二度目の宿泊。 娘達がとても美味しい朝食をまた食べたいとの事で予約。 今回もとても美味しく喜んでいました。 担当の方々もとても明るくテキパキ仕事されていて、朝から気持ちが良いです、元気になります。 気になった点は、温泉の混み具合をテレビで確認出来るのですが、女性のお風呂がいつも空いてるの表示。行ってみると大混雑。ホテルの方がいたのでお聞きするとセンサーで感知してるとの事。スリッパの置き場がない程の入浴者なのに空いてるは、？？でした。 点検されて改善されてると良いです、また冬にお世話になりつもりなので(*^-^)

ホテルはきれいでしたが、タブルの部屋に宿泊しましたが、ハンガーの位置が掛けづらくベッドに上がらないと掛けれませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しく頂きました。 パンは焼き立てでパン屋さんの出来上がりでした。お米はピカピカの山形県産つやひめ、汁は山形名物芋煮汁、赤魚の西京焼きなどなど。 ビジネスホテル系かと思い簡単な朝食かと思いましたが、きちんと手の込んだお料理ばかりで、朝食場所の前に飾ってあったボードも手書きでお料理のラインナップが可愛く書いてありました。

便利で綺麗”

駅からも近く、周囲に飲食店やイオンもあり、とても便利。 駐車場も二カ所あり、車を止めるのに不自由なし。 室内設備もusb充電コンセントやケーブルもあり、至れり尽くせり。 バスルームが若干狭いが、温泉大浴場があるので問題なし。 一泊だけでしたが連泊したくなるホテルでした。

禁煙ルームがなかなか取れない”

禁煙ルームは空いていなかった為喫煙ルームに連泊。 当たり前かもしれませんがタバコ臭がそれなりにつらくて終日窓開けっ放しでした。 このご時世なので禁煙を増やしていただけると助かります。 その他サービスや立地、スタッフさんの対応は◎でした。

温泉付きがなにより”

部屋が狭いのは、皆同じだろうと思い、温泉であることで選択しました。でも、全体的にとてもきれいで、清潔感があり、サービスも充実しており、また利用すると思います。立地的にも、名称通り、駅地下で頼もしい限りです。

施設も新しく、お部屋もクリーンでとても良い施設でした。 しかし、ベッドのサイズが大きくて部屋に荷物置き場もなく狭い床スペースに鞄の中身を地べたに並べるしか無いのでその点はイマイチ。 一回の大浴場の着替えスペースが小さくて3人も被ると居場所がない。 ロビーに待ち合わせ用の椅子やソファーが無いので、朝不便。
