The accommodation is reasonably sized and there are no inconveniences in using it. However, since the ceiling is low, taller individuals might feel restricted. It seems like the room condition has been cleaned with a lot of thought, but there is a need for improvement in various areas.
It was well maintained and clean, and the interior was spacious and nice. There were several bottles of water, drinks, and hand-drip coffee available. The breakfast was good as well. I will use it again next time. It was great for playing at the water park and staying overnight.
The amenities in the building were satisfactory, and the staff were friendly, which was nice. However, perhaps due to the cold wave, I felt chilly while watching TV in the living room, and even with the heating on all day, the floor wasn’t very warm. My husband also said he felt a bit cold. The sauna was great, but I thought the water temperature in the spa could be a bit higher. It was a hassle to come back to the room and take a warm shower to lessen the chill. On the second day, a staff member brought a heater, so it was a bit warmer. Also, there were some hairs in the corners of the accommodation, so I did a bit of sweeping.
On a snowy day, I used the water park and accommodation all at once. The water park is much larger than I expected and has a lot of attractions, which is great. It was cold because of the snow, but they kept the water temperature warm, which was nice. The accommodation was clean and spacious. I think it would be great to come here later with family or friends since there are separate rooms at this price. The heating was warm, so I slept well! However, the convenience store within the resort is very, very expensive. There are no promotional items, and discounts do not apply, so I hope you bring the items you need (they don't have toothbrushes or toothpaste!). Also, the soundproofing isn't very good, so you can hear noises from the next room, but it wasn't bothersome enough to be a concern.

“The winter water park is nice.”
I booked a water park package for two adults and stayed at the S20 condo with two kids. The day before, I stayed in a different room with a breakfast package at Flex Tower, and since I was worried about moving to Stay Tower, I was relieved to find that the room was prepared in advance for me the next morning, and I moved to Stay Tower around 10 am. I appreciated the smooth and quick responses of the staff ♡. When using the water park, Flex Tower is closer. However, since we had two kids, we paid on-site for the spa and had a good wash before coming out. It was a bit crowded due to the Lunar New Year holiday, and the line for the outdoor tube slide was long, plus it was a bit cold moving around in winter. My kid loved the waves coming in the lazy river! We managed to warm up in the hot spas located here and there. The indoor kids' slides and massage pools were plentiful, making it enjoyable! Aqua shoes are essential due to the stone floor, and if you're going to eat inside, kids' robes are also a must. I was satisfied with the variety of facilities. It’s great for families with young children!
