Location was really great. It's next to the historical park. You can rent a bike for 30 baht/day or if you want to ride for 7-11 for a while, the owner will not charge. Good breakfast, especially for Thai breakfast. You can request what you want based on their availability. Free coffee all day!!!

The room was close to the road and other houses. You will hear some noises or the neighbor conversation. Bed was a bit too stiff.

I highly recommend you to stay here. For a good price you get a friendly host, and great services. Paid 100 bath for bike and laundry. Walking distance to the closest sight seeing. Do rent a bike, since you want to see all the surrounding. 10/10 will come back

During Loy Krathong Festival, all the roads leading to Historical Park were all close. So it was a bit difficult to get to the property. The room was small. It was OK for a night. Parking was also difficult ‚coz of festival. At night was a bit laut.

Great location. Exceptionally clean. However, the biggest asset is the hostess herself - even with limitted English she was able to give us tips about the local events and so we watched the evening performance of a Thai dance + were able to enjoy Sukhothai Night Run 2020.

Extremely clean & comfortable Homestay with a lot of attention to the comfort of guests. For example, a hand towel was provided in addition to a bath towel, chilled glasses were kept in the fridge, lots of hangars & hooks for clothes, lots of electrical outlets, bedding was nice quality, bed & pillows super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful- we ate the Thai option. Nice little courtyard to enjoy breakfast or a cold drink. Bikes for rent, inexpensive & well maintained. The location is fantastic, right next door to the main entrance of the historical park & within walking distance to restaurants. The owners are lovely people.

The only reason we didn’t score it a 10 is it’s a little more expensive than what we’re used to.

Breakfast was very tasty and enough of it. The staff were very friendly and made us breakfast early because we had an early bus to catch. Location was handy within walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.

Most comfortable beds ever! Very clean place to stay near all of the sites. A lovely host, she takes care of you very well. Easy access to Chang Mai bus pick up (old town stop) No hesitation recommending this for your stay to explore Sukothai !

- Spotlessly Clean. Room cleaned plus fresh water & towels provided daily. - The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on during 2 months of travel. - Lovely host who is most helpful. She gave me an ice pack for my sore back. She even notified the bus station nearby (directly) to make sure we could get the Win Tour bus to Chiang Mai (as we bought the tickets in the New Town station when we firsy arrived) so she notified them so we didnt have to go back out to the other bus station to catch the bus. - Owner is so caring towards guests and made our stay even nicer. - Great location close to daily night market, shops, restaurants, old town bus stops and sites. - Very close to the entrance to the national park where all the main sites are!

We had a wonderful stay here! The guest house is directly next to the historic park, our room was nice and clean and the family that runs the guest house is very very nice. Additionally, the breakfast was great (you should choose the Thai one)!

The location was brilliant and the owner was so kind and helpful, always with a genuine smile. Our room was cleaned every day, bedding and towels white and spotlessly clean. Area was safe and well lit, gates locked at night. Lovely area to read and drink tea in the shade in the heat of the day. Breakfast was delicious, toast, the best strawberry jam and a plate full of melt in the mouth fruit. (We don't eat eggs). The museum next door was very interesting and the hop on top off bus in the UNESCO site was a wonderful bonus. We went to the North and West sites by tuktuk 200B per hour, arranged for us.

So close to the main attraction Sukhothai ruins; very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast included in the stay.

Foul smell coming from the bathroom drain but we kept the door closed and that helped. A bit expensive.
