Fairly new and situated near the top of South Pattaya road (Pattaya Thai). Easy access to an ATM (Bangkok Bank) and easy to travel with a motorbike taxi to just about anywhere central. I was greeted by a friendly smiling face upon arrival and quickly checked in and shown to my room. Neat and tidy room and I was most impressed. Two air-cons. One in the living room and one in the bedroom which was "separate" from the living room. Great big screen Smart TV and all the channels were clear and most in HD. Unlike other hotels or apartments where 80% of the screen is snowy with poor reception. Kitchenette was great with a nice size fridge, microwave oven, kettle, a washing up basin and cutlery and dishes for two. Also complimentary coffee and tea and water for two each day that you occupy the room. Outside balcony. WiFi was great and fast and no problems connecting. Swimming pool and gym looked great although I never used either of them with my stay. Beware of the shower floor. Very slippery

The hotel is located in South Pattaya, close to the walking street.Local people call it the" Arab Hotel". I guess that's because they see many guests from the Middle East staying there. During my stay, it's considered as a low season in Thailand so I could see only few other guests in the hotel. It's prety quiet during my stay.The room is very big with sophisciated furnitures. The staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast is awesome.You can either just have the buffe the hotel provides or order extra from the menu,no extra charged!

my stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. for the price it was excellent. the breakfast vouchers were valid until late at night-unusual but true.located on south pattaya road- 10baht bus, 15 minutes takes you to all the night life and shops. sometimes it was hard to find room on the buses because of many passengers from third road fill them up. not to worry, 30 baht m/cycle solves the problem 10 minutes quicker.smallish swimming pool on the second floor; but more than big enough to cool off or play with the kids.

Whether for daily or monthly stay, Four Seasons Place is a recommended boutique hotel. The rooms are very large and value for the money. The staff is nice and the location of the hotel can't be beat. It's on 3rd Road very close to South Pattaya Road. It's a few minute walk to Soi Buakaow and approx a 15 minute walk to Pattaya's Walking Street. There are motorbike taxi drivers always available in front. They give you a welcome drink voucher for a free cocktail and a discount if you choose to use the Spa. The fitness and pool are small but usable. The room service menu is particularly tasty, would recommend the spaghetti or hamburger. The only negative i've ever had at the place is sometimes the internet connection can be slow. But for overall value this hotel can't be beat.

we were looking for a place to stay and saw this place having been in Pattaya a few days and dissapointed with our accomodation we took the plunge and booked Noursabah . wow when we walked down the street we were saying to ourselves let it be nice ,let it be nice ,then boom we came across the entrance .YES we said to ourselves ,first lmpression was great then we walked through the gates and saw the pool area and reception ,we were welcomed in with a drink and a smile shown our room .We were well pleased ,clean modern stylish room ,comfortable bed, nice decent shower ,balcony ,fridge stocked with water and soft drinks ,tea /coffee facilities ,ceiling fan ,ac and tv Free snacks in reception area. Best stay we had in the whole month we we in Thailand .Would recommend this oasis any time. Well done to the people who run this place you have got it spot on ,a chain of these across Thailand please would be perfect .

B2 Hotels is a great chain of hotels located all around Thailand. This South Pattaya Hotel has a small swimming pool. It's located 5 minutes away from Walking street (using Bahts Bus or Motorbike Taxi waiting 50 meters outside the hotel). The one thing that could be improved is the check in process. It's TOO long! You have to fill in some form, they copy your passport, create your key card, you have to sign some copies, they often forget to give your passport back, and last but not least, you have to give a deposit of 300 bahts for the cheap key card that must cost at much 1 baht a piece. Same thing for the check out process that takes too long. Also, the swimming pool is not opened at night. But to sum up, B2 is a very cheap and clean hotel. Very quiet also. Always nice to stay here when the room they give you has a working A/C... and not a weak one.

i stayed with my collegues here 3rd time. as usual it was a nice stay. possatuves:- 1. location is great. many indian, middle east thai food shops, massage shops,7/11 stores, money exchange are adjoing this hotel, very near towalking street & pattaya 10 thb taxi service. 2. reception staff acts fast, very professional & smiling. 3.rooms are big,clean,comfertable & sleeping quality is best. 4. breakfast is 2 types..indian & american.i always had pool side american breakfast. good quality & good choice. 5.in room massage service & tour taxi booking counter.both are with genuine rates. negatives:- 300 thb joining fees for guest. overall a good hotel for stay in pattaya. will come back again & recommend to friends also.

We stayed 4 Nights with my 2 friends. The Room we booked by Online was not the one they had given us. This was very small for 3 people and brought to their attention, they had upgraded to a fantastic family room with out any extra payment. The first notable thing that we feel about this hotel is the freedom that we enjoy during our stay , no hustles, no interference from any side.... very good breakfast spread, different dishes..... only a small thing we felt in convenience that we faced during our stay is the group booking they do take from tour operates across the glob which gives us big croud in restaurants while on breakfast time.

Had a very nice stay again, they were very accommodating, I would recommend this hotel for location, it's right next to the massive Tuk Com, the largest electronics shopping in Pattaya. For me South Pattaya is the best place to stay due to it's location. I like to ride and run, I can keep my bike in the room and run to Big Buddha very conveniently in 15 minutes. It's 15 minutes to walk down town you have everything at your footsteps. If your looking for Starbucks there is one right next door but why would you when you have so many coffee houses outside all offering a great cultural experience.

I got a great price on agoda, compared to other hotels in that same range (350-450 baht) this hotel was superb. I would have stayed longer but the location of our room was quite close to an area with a lot of bars and it was very loud, I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looks nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel though and be advised that this is in South Pattaya which is a bit of drive from he center of town.

This hotel is mainly occupied by large groups of Chinese tourists so a few aspects of the hotel are catered for them (e.g. breakfast dishes). It is located slightly away from the main busy road (South Pattaya Road) so it is quiet and peaceful. However, the road leading up to the hotel is narrow and pretty dark at night so it is somewhat dangerous to be walking around. Nothing much can be found around the hotel area. The nearest supermarket (Big C) is 15 minutes walk away.

Beautifully constructed rooms / with all Facilities / Has provision for daily-weekly-monthly basis STAY. Standard Room - EXCELLENT for solo traveler & Couples It is far from Pattaya beach & Walking street - I like to stay at this area as I RENT a BIKE & Drive around. Good spacious Car-Bike parking area - Close to Family mart & 7-11 But anyone staying at this place I would SUGGEST them to HIRE a BIKE. This is my second STAY at this property - I will stay here in the FUTURE

excellent stay. comfortable. but cleaning staff is not cleaning everything/everywhere which should be the case considering the price start from 800b... Room was poorly finished and WiFi was limited to 2 devices only for a room of 2 people... counter staff is excellent and very helpful. be sure to have 1000b caution. room service pool and gym included. with all you may need available in the room bar. And the basics are provided for free.

Located on 3rd road in south pattaya, rooms republic is a new hotel with modern design. Staff here are very pleasant especially the manager. There’s a small pool and a pool table for guests to enjoy. There’s currently construction next door; so I recommend not to stay at a room near 3rd road. Only complaint I have is the that pillows are hard and high so it was rough on my neck

The room was clean, spacious and had a shower and a bathtub, which was great after travelling for 7 months and only ever having a shower. The air con was great, balcony was spacious and had a pretty table and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful even some who did not speak much English were still happy to try and help. The breakfast was ok with toast and preserves, coffee, juice, fruit, fried eggs, meats and salad and also rice. There was a gym and swimming pool that you could use which is good, and a few little restaurants right across the street. There was a 7-11 convenience ship right across the street and also a place that does laundry. The hotel is a little way out from main Pattaya to walk however a 5 minutes motorbike taxi got you to soi Diana and that area so I personally preferred the location as was not right in the middle of it all. Staff clean rooms daily if wanted and the hotel it's self is clean and tidy. I paid £13 per night and would definitely stay again!

This was the second time that I stayed in Citin Garden Resort Pattaya, and I returned becasue it is very inexpensive, comfortable rooms, and the Staff is wonderful! If I ever return to Pattaya I will definitely be staying at Citin Garden. I arrived and noted that my original room was located on the back side of the hotel so I didn't have a view of anything by the neiborhood surrounding the hotel. I requested and received an upgrade for an additional. Definately a good move! The view is a wonderful garden-like view. I'm a big guy and have been sleeping in a U.S. Navy shipboard bed for several months; the bed was huge, soft and I slept like a baby. The in room Thai-style massage was also very relaxing. The massuse actually had to wake me up! Finally, for those who are interested in Walking Street, it is about 20 minutes walking and about 5 to 10 by Taxi. The hotel staff were very good about getting taxis for me and my group. The most it cost to get to Walking Street was 200 Baht ($6.33), that will depend on the time of day and size of your group. Having said that, I spent most of my days lounging in my room and by the pool. The food was awesome!! Although, I will say if you don't like spicy be sure to tell the Staff. I had the Pad Thai and a green curry-like soup called Kaeng Kaei Wan Gui soup....I ate that 4 times; it was awesome. The beer was cold most of the time, and when it wasn't the Staff was happy to put it into the ice cream freezer to chill it quickly. At 85 bhat per beer ($2.69), it was more expensive than Cambodia or Vietnam, but it was well worth it. If I do make it back to Pattaya I will be staying at Citin Garden.

One it really took me time to figure out where this property was. So I walked like 20 minutes back and forth. It’s a little away from all the hustle bustle which for me was good. It’s not a hostel mainly, it’s a hotel. They have just extended their wings a little to adjust the hostel dorm room in one of the corner which becomes completely secluded once you reach your room. Rooms was good. It’s was everything you look for in a room. 7 beds in total with 3x2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. They have adjoining balcony which was huge and the best part about the room. Oh! They also have two tv’s in the room. You get two water bottle everyday, shampoo and soap (I told you it’s a hotel). There’s a fridge and locker right outside the room. That’s it! Apart from all the good parts... THEY WAS NO ONE IN THE ROOM!

I was here with my husband just to get our short little getaway from our busy worklife,and this place turns out to be fantastic! The rooms are spacious and clean,the pool is awesome,the staffs are friendly,noting more we could ask for!😊 On a side note,its better if you could rent a motorbike,because the villa is a little bit from pattaya city centre but very close to quiet part of Jomtien beach .(and renting the motorbike there is reasonable too,For riding around touris attraction and easy to get around !)

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Pattaya and I’ve stayed in a lot. If you like quiet and a little away from the hustle and bustle this is your place. You can either get a Tuk Tuk which is 20 baht or rent a moped for 100 baht a day to get from a-b. Do t be put off by no pool as you can use the LK Celestite pool which is literally over the road from The Tung and is really large and usually very quiet so you can really relax. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean and has a nice feel to it. Lastly the staff in here are so friendly and nothing is a hassle to them. I found a lot of Thai hotels to be very unhelpful and rude, but here at The Tung it’s conolerelrt the opposite. I can’t thank them enough for the polite way they’ve treat me.
