There is no category for families with adult children, so I chose a similar type. It was a trip with my two daughters in their 20s and my parents in their 50s! The room was honestly smaller than I expected, and especially the bathroom was very small! It was difficult to open and close the door. Still, I think we got a good deal! The room condition was good, and especially the bed was really soft, so I slept well. Since we checked in after 4 PM, we didn't experience any inconvenience with the check-in. We arrived late, so instead of a view of Namhae, we had a view of Sulli Beach, which was nice in its own way. The pool was even better than I expected, and we had a lot of fun. After dinner, we took a walk along the trail near the hotel, which was much nicer and prettier than I thought. The time we spent walking was the most memorable for me. It took about 4 hours by car from home, so we made a big decision to go all the way to Namhae, and we made great memories!
It felt like I would never visit Namhae again, but I went there with my family after hearing the news that Sol Beach Namhae had newly opened. Although I was aware of it beforehand, I was flustered by the check-in process with the number ticket system. It wasn't just a standard number ticket; there were tickets for room assignments and key collection, which was quite absurd and confusing for me. Personally, I found it inconvenient. In the early morning, this system caused a disaster as people who arrived earlier had to engage in a number ticket war. Everything else was great, though. The room, the view, and the facilities were newly built, clean, and nice. The buffet I had high hopes for was a bit disappointing, possibly because my expectations were too high. It didn’t have as many options as other hotel buffets, and I felt the value wasn’t quite there. On the day I visited, they increased the price without prior notice due to an additional menu, which was disappointing. I thought if they raised the prices to offer a variety of delicious menu items, users would feel even better and find the experience more convenient. This was a bit of a regretful aspect.
I stayed at the newly opened Sol Beach and had a good rest while exploring nearby German Village. The infinity pool facilities are very good, but unfortunately, it was a very windy day, so I could only use it for a short time, which was a pity. The sauna facilities are excellent, the staff is very friendly, and there are various shops within the resort, which was nice. In the evening, I enjoyed cocktails and snacks at Bistro Gemi, and during the day, I had seafood stew at a hanjeongshik restaurant with a good view. I would be willing to visit again.
From the entrance, everything about the size and atmosphere brings back good memories. I remember how they kindly helped with my luggage, taking it after check-in and sending me straight to my room. The good parts included being satisfied with the view and the pool buffet. However, I found it a bit disappointing that the small fridge in the room lacked some cooling. After calling the front desk, I received advice that it would be better to get ice separately and use it while opening the decorative door outside the fridge.

Spent a night here with visitors we wanted to give the VIP treatment. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. A bit surprised to be charged for access to the infinity pool. Prepare to eat in one of the hotel restaurants, as there are only 2 restaurants (sashimi, bacon) within walking distance outside.
