The best hotel ever”
The receptionists were kind, even though the hotel was old, but room was clean. I was thankful for the kindness, I was really enjoyed the hotel, I am sure I will go there again at some point in the future. I recommend this hotel. And also private beach was nice!

Perfect place to stay in Sokcho and Yangyang”
I stayed in Sol beach Hotel which has a beautiful beach and convenience facilities such as mart, BBQ and entertaining things. Also you can get the traditional market of Sokcho approximately in 30 mins by car if you want to eat a Korean Sushi.

This is a great resort for the money! There are many food options available, a noraebang, shops, a mart, arcade, lots of good wine, and a private beach! The rooms are very clean and well taken care of. Choose a room with an ocean view balcony. You can even sign into your Netflix account on the TV if you have one. The chair at the vanity has stains and should be cleaned and there are no electrical outlets or charging ports by the beds. That could be improved, but in my opinion it is a small thing.

Wonderful place ”
Only two-hour drive from Seoul, you are in the middle of the great nature, sea and mountains. Room is clean and spacy with the open view of the sea. Staffs are friendly. Only regret was the water park which is closed due to the pandemic.

Other than the noise, great! ”
One of the noisiest hotels I've stayed at. You could hear drunk people on and off until 3~4 AM hanging out in the lobby. Other than that, SO many facilities and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are a little dated, but overall I had a good stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend at the Sol Beach. ”
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Sol Beach. Our room had a lovely balcony with great sea views and the beach was nearby and clean. There are some great hikes to do nearby and nice walks along the beach. The staff were very attentive, though there needs to be an improvement in the English language skills of the hotel. Nice amenities (like the Davidoff coffee shop) and all very well kept, the gardens were immaculate. Super, well run hotel. We look forward to going back :)

Very nice if you're willing to pay a lot of money”
The hotel is extremely nice, but very pricey also. They say their rooms are for only 2 people, but one of our rooms had a queen bed and a double/full bed that could have easily fit 4, and the other room had 2 double beds, which could fit 4 if you don't mind sleeping close together. They call these "single" beds and advertise the rooms as only being able to accommodate 2, but this was not my experience. Everything in the hotel costs money, and it's expensive. The pool costs about $20-30 just to get in, and about the only things that are free are the views and walking along the beach. If you're willing to pay for it, it's very nice.

Fantastic hotel, fun area”
On arrival we were greeted warmly and told our room was not available and that they were upgrading us, fantastic. We got a large corner room with great views. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Information in the room was good and we were able to find local attractions easily. The buffet dinner was great, although a little expensive, it was well worth it. Overall a good hotel and location.

Can't complain one of best stays in Korea. I stayed at a standard room the cheapest with no view but the bed was extremely comfortable and rest room was very clean. I saw staff cleaning the hotel facilities all the time. Superb facilities I loved the Mar Therapy offed by the Spa. Overall great value.

It was located just in front of the sea. The scenery was amazing and the hotel was cozy. You can hear waves all night long. And the breakfast was also good. Price was reasonable, too.

Pool cost money!”
All the pools cost money. 48,000W per person per day. Buffets are 29,000w bk, and 49,000w for dinner. Hardly to no English is spoken. Our room flooded and they kept us In that room with towels over half of the floor. We had a one year old so it was a pain.

Very pleasant and nice stay but the location was abit inconvenient. We had to take taxi all the time if we want to visit some tourist attractions. Everything else was nice.
