Good people work here, who care about their customers. Hugely helpful in helping us with dinner, great breakfast, social time and transportation to nearby Jordan border. Hotel location is perfect for Tiberias.

Excellent hotel with good location on the Sea of ​​Galilee, really enjoyed the beach near the hotel just 2 meters away. Hotel meals are delicious, the service charming, the room was exactly like we saw in the hotel's website on the Internet - a spacious room with balcony toward the Golan Heights and the Sea of Galilee. Near the hotel has a wonderful promenade with amazing and a huge fountain, there are fish and meat restaurants and many entertainment places. Best hotel we spent in Israel. we will come again sometime

Lovely small hotel. A little hard to find, as you can't actually drive your car right up to the hotel, it's accessible only by pedestrian walkway - had to park in the carpark close by. Breakfast was amazing! - have never seen so many plates and bowls arriving for a table of 3 people - was enough food there for another 3 at least!. Had a great stay, highly recommend it.

Loved the hotel, rooms are big and clean. Beds comfortable. Only thing missing was a pool - didn't see that when I booked but certainly not their fault! If you are looking for a nice clean and cozy place to stay, this is it!

I checked in to a suite room and inf an hour the ceiling started leaking. When complained, he said that he know and will go away when the guests in the top floor leaves. It was to my great surprise to hear an answer like that. He then brought a towel and a bucket. Now it is not only water but the dripping sound on the bucket also. I was then moved to a small room, small means you ca barely stand in the bathroom. I was then moved to another tiny room the next day. The only good thing in the hotel is the people are nice and friendly. Thank you

Great location, breakfast and morning staff. Evening checkin not helpful with bags or the fact that I had emailed and gotten confirmation from hotel that there would be 2 beds. There was a queen bed and a cot. I didn't ask for a cot. The reception told me to take it up with agoda. There are stairs up to most rooms and the staff does not help with luggage so make sure you can manage on your own. There is no elevator. The bathroom and room were not cleaned between nights. Beds were made but it was clear nothing was cleaned properly - lots of hair in bath, etc.

It was fine.. The hotel has minimal facilities but the staff are friendly and the room was interesting and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful to arrange a taxi for me the next morning,

Location is amazing, small beach is within 3 min walking. Swimming was excellent. Suit was big, two rooms and jacuzzi was working. Good breakfast, friendly staff ( no cappuccino on Saturdays). Small balcony to sit and watch Kineret...

Very pretty remodel, good location but poor value for the money. No parking, and lots of steps both to get to the hotel and inside the hotel. Basic room not in the pictures, very small and no upgrade help. On the Kineret, but very touristy.
