Hotel is just located less than 5 mins from the TRA and within walking distance to all the famous tourist spots. Room was clean and has everything that was needed. Only one thing which needs to be improve is that the bathtub is only 1/3 covered with a piece of glass… showering in the bathtub can easily cause the whole bathroom to be wet.

Location is just conveniently located near the train station. aminutes of walk away and it is near a few main attractions like the night markets. Hotel room is clean but just that there is no shower curtain in the toilet and when you shower, water can easily splash out. Lights at the dressing table is alittle dim. Breakfast spread is decent and It is good for short stay.

Not far from the train station, and there are many delicious foods nearby, even within walking distance. Although there are not many breakfast options, the taste is good (personally recommend the chocolate and homemade cheese). The room is clean and comfortable.

Have stayed at Shin Yuan Celeb Metro long ago and this time stated at Shin Yuan Park Hotel. Location is simply excellent, just 2-3 min from Hsinchu train station. 2 convenience stores right opp and a shopping mall. Convenient to go Big City. room is big. Service is excellent.

Only complaint is that the pillow is too soft! Other than this, everything is well & staff were proactive in their service, bringing up our luggages to the room. We have deposited them at the recep when we reach before 3pm check in time.

Second stay, still love it. Convenient parking and the staff are really nice. When checking out, I found that my phone was missing. The front desk ladies helped me look for it and I was able to find it successfully. I'm really sorry for causing such a mistake and I'm very grateful! I will choose to stay here again when I travel to Hsinchu in the future!

Very close to the train station, convenient transportation by walking. There is also a parking lot available for those who drive. The overall environment is clean. The staff is also very friendly. When dining in the restaurant in the morning, the service staff will take the initiative to seat you! There are also many breakfast options. Recommended 👍

The hotel has a great location and the rooms are new. The bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and there is also a smart toilet. The bed is comfortable and the room rate is reasonable. The value for money is high. The staff are polite, especially the restaurant staff who provide very attentive service!!! Although the breakfast has few options, it is delicious and filling. The only downside is that the hair dryer in the bathroom has a weak airflow. Other than that, everything is great. There are two convenience stores nearby. Although the hotel itself does not have a parking lot, it provides free parking at the nearby Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. This is already very considerate for a hotel located in the bustling area of Hsinchu City. I will definitely put it on my list of favorites.
