The staff is wonderful and spoke perfect English which made check in much easier. The room was very clean and pristine upon entering. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The parking lot was full but the staff was waiting outside at the entrance of the parking lot to guide guests to an alternative parking lot. The receptionists were nice when I had a special request before arrival. Thanks for a great stay

Don't expect GOOD ROOM condition”
If you have any chance to stay here, my personal experience says "you should think twice". Definitely, service itself is good, yes there is nothing to say about it. But, room condition was really poor. 1. The light is broken. No it's worse than broken. Destroyed. 2. Showerhead holder is broken. Impossilbe to hold tight the showerhead. 3. Both doors (Room and bathroom) have problems. Bathroom door is not able to slide. Room door has sticky and dirty glue on it. 4. Wallpaper teared. Why? I have no idea. I barely leave the comment on Agoda, but ...

The new hotel price cost is a little bit higher than the other hotel at Cheonan area ....But the king size bed and bathroom is comfortable and clean ...A lot of convernience store around the hotel and you can found some traditional korea restaurant as well

Hotel is one of the better ones compared to surrounding hotels and their breakfast is decent. The plus point is the hotel is located near LotteMart (probably 5 mins walk) where you can do your groceries and have your meals in a less crowd. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby the hotel too. Room is extremely spacious and modern. Overall, would recommend it.

Could have been much better”
The hotel is a brand new property and looks and feels clean. My big complain is the bath towels. They look more like rags - old, frayed edges, and discolored. They didn't match the rest of the facility. Why? It may sound like a small thing but it tainted what could have been a much better experience. Shame!
