Appreciate the staff and the cleanliness in the place, however the room was super cold, not sure if it was the roofing, etc.. No chimney was lit, possibly because only a few guests were available when we stayed.. No solar hot shower was available, there are better places that offers these facilities for the same price point… The staff are nice and helpful.. The food ain’t great too.. Remember in everest region when you tell a time for breakfast you got to be punctual, unfortunately I got strictly advised on this after I got late by a couple of minutes in the morning, instead of when I placed the breakfast order on the previous night.. Afterall we are not on vacation 😂 Understandable because food gets cold soon, but tell your customers when they place the order atleast, afterall they stay the 1st night mostly at Phakding.. Don’t have to school them..😀

Beautiful young, honest couple Ang & Pritty went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We were treated like family & felt so at home Good room with super hot water using the gas. Delicious freshly prepared food. Fond memories of sitting around warm fireplace in the evening with them . They kindly arranged a horse to assist my husband with the next leg from Phakding to Naamche bazaar as he had a knee injury. Even made a prayer for us in the morning for a safe journey. What an amazing memory. Would love to return to this magical hotel someday. Highly recommend

Anz and his wife truly understand about hospitality! They make you feel at home, cook very well, and they can give local tips for trekking! This teahouse is all about good vibes and happiness! Perfect place to relax! Would definitely come back here!!
