Honest staff and cozy environment”
We have 2 nights in this hotel, the location is inside the old town so you also save the entrance fee to come in old town. It is one of the best hotel or guest house in old town. The roon is bright and heat water system works well. The breakfast has all the fresh ingredient, vege and fruits and all decorated in beautiful ceramic wear in sets. Most importantly the staff, the owner of the hotel is so honest. I forget about my handbag on the sofa in common area second floor, it has my passport and all the cash 1000 usd plus some uzbekistan som inside, the owner knocked on my door and told me i left something on the sofa in comon area. Thank god, if I lost my passport my whole trip will be ruined as i still need to go to bukhara and Samarkhan. Really thankful for the owner of this guess house. Highly recommended. Guest will have peace of mind living here.

Avoid, stay descended into farce. Staff pleasant but clueless. Several small things in room broken (shower head, tv, curtain). Booked early checkout and taxi but desk unmanned and no staff arrived until past departure time. Breakfast chaos - most food being delivered to tables as people were giving up and leaving after 25 minutes, unaware there was more than a plate of jam and cottage cheese coming. There are many much better places to stay in old Khiva.

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour de 15 jours en Ouzbékistan. Beaucoup de cachet avec une décoration typiquement locale.Notre chambre était grande , lumineuse (magnifique plafond), aérée et avec vue sur les remparts . De plus d'une propreté irréprochable ce qu 'on aime retrouver quand on voyage. Étions à 2 pas de Islam khodja , donc super bien située. Pour finir, je dois également souligner l'extrême gentillesse du personnel, toujours à l 'écoute de nos demandes. Et spécialement, Ollashukur, le taxi driver qui a fait le maximum pour nous faire parvenir jusqu'à Bukhara un vêtement oublié . Merci encore à tous
