Disappointed. Not again. Strange atmosphere. Quite overpriced for what you get. Not at all like the photos. Feeling duped. The ceiling had holes, and the room had lots of ants. No place to hang your clothes. Although the food was ok, the main waitress was pushy and surprisingly aggressive. Loud and drunk neighbors kept us from having a decent rest for our vacation. We saw better resort facilities nearby for the same price. The beach was good and the Shaibuay Tour for 600bh offered nearby was good too. Over-all our vacation was good except for our room at Seahorse Resort.

Poor value for the money, everything was terrible!”

Very disappointing, I have been to Koh Samet about a dozen of times and this resort was for sure the worse I have been to. Breakfast is never really good on Samed but the one from Seahorse was awful... Rooms are very oldish, repaired whichever way they could come up with, and they didn't provide water at the front door to remove the sand from your feet: you bring sand in the room everytime you go in and out. Staff is pretty unhelpful unless asked multiple times and on condition that communication was crystal clear. E.g.: clean 2 rooms after we hand over the keys nights have been not clear enough for them... Moreover the restaurant located on the beach looks dirty, very dirty! In the morning breakfast is supposed to start at 8am, but they actually start cleaning the tables from the night before at that time! You come for breakfast and you actually see leftover food, sand, everywhere on the tables and the floor.... This was the first time for me and my family at Seahorse and it will be the last one! For the money I've spent for this resort for 3 nights I will make sure to tell my friends around not to go there for any reason !

the nightmare that was the seahorse experience”

this was without a doubt the worst 'hotel' i have ever seen. the staff were rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. the place was filthy and there was a long hot walk to get to the 'rooms'. the padlocked door led to a room with ineffective air conditioning, a tv that didn't work and it was filthy. there were two badly stained pillows with no cases on them, the sheets were dirty and had holes in them, and the cover was made of shower curtain material. the bathroom was unusable and filthy and the fridge looked as if a million bacteria were having a holiday there. we couldn't even stay 10 minutes, it was awful, there's nothing positive to say about it. the staff made no attempt to persuade us to stay, to apologise or offer us any sort of refund. the restaurant was dirty and the staff unhelpful, everything was just beyond dreadful.

Bien passe. Les alentours sont pourris, de la crasse partout.Bien que la restauration soit pas chere on n'est pas allé dans les cuisines pour voir la propreté. Les chambres sont juste acceptables et on a oublie de la faire un jour.

Les chambres sont basiques, mais spacieuses, l'hôtel est tout près de la plage, dans une crique calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de dîner sur la plage.

およそサービスの概念を理解、教育されてないスタッフで運営されている最悪ホテル。やる気のない受け付け、いい加減な掃除、怒ったら怒鳴り返された。 料金分こちらが貰えても泊まりたくない。

ビーチで太陽満喫”

海に近くて便利だった。コンビニが近くにあり、なんでも買える。ここから動かなくても海さえあれば、ビールとつまみで1日過ごせる。とてもきれいな海だった。
