        Room was okay. Toilet was okay. Maybe a bit too average for the rate but it was okay. Not too bad. No lift though. I'd still recommend for emergencies.

        Been there for short trip and i check in so late, tiring day, was hoping for a cool and comfortable room but ruined when the room was not cleaned. With heavy luggage and stuffs at level 2, i got no choice rather than waiting for them to clean the room.The room average level, the air condition is not cooling enough and will take time to get the desired temperature..

        The staff is not friendly and helpful. They add up more charge upon check in than it should be. The timing for check out in hotel and in agoda apps is not match up. Hence the deduct more from the money we deposit. Not really recommended to stay here.

        All guest said"No more room that we booked online!", include d me. When I was in and out of the lobby, sure has any guest complain, urge and scolding the staff, which they can't get back the room that they have booked from online . The staff said they are usually like that, no room even you booked from online. I saw this hotel's google comment also, everyone faced the same problem with me, no room that booked from online, croackcros everywhere (dirty), children running at midnight ( maybe is gosht).
