The facilities are not the most modern one but the condition is extremely good. We can feel the kindliness of the staff and they are so helpful. Btw, the breakfast are very tasty and traditional as well. We love the outdoor hot spring very much and will definitely come again if we visit Tendo in the future!

We were made amazingly welcome and received terrific assistance to best enjoy our stay. Traditional dinner, breakfast, futon on tatami floor, koi in the pond, lovely big onsen, etc etc. We were seeking a traditional experience and that’s what we got.

Exemplary service to avoid travel nightmare”
When I realized to my horror, that I had left my passport and credit cards behind the security box in the room over a day after check out, and will not be able to return to the hotel due to my travel arrangements, both Agoda customer service and the hotel staff responded quickly and ensured that I received these items at my next hotel. I could not thank the staff enough for kind their assistance - This could have been a total disaster but with their help there was minimal stress and impact on my trip.

房間真的很大 廁所乾濕分離也很不錯!! 房間冬天可能太冷...熱水要等比較久才有 看了之前評價有人說泡湯費會另外收取 但我這次住宿 飯店並沒有額外支付任何費用~可以提供大家參考 飯店前面有一間非常大間24小時的超級市場十分方便， 頂樓有個小而美的露天風呂!!!很棒~ 一樓的大眾湯也非常棒
