Rydges World Square is very near to any attraction in Sydney, you can reach all the attraction within walking distance, The hotel located in the heart of Sydney's CBD on the corner of Pitt st and Liverpool streets. With a lot of things to do in Sydney, you will stay completely easy to find the food and restaurant. you can find Chinatown, CockleBay, Wharf and Opera house nearby the hotel. Beside that i can easily to find COLES supermarket to buy the water and snack for my daughter, truly a hidden GEM in Sydney's CBD. Recommended for any friends or relative to stay in this hotel.

Good experience at Rydges World Square with family”

I travelled to Sydney with family. I was not quite sure if I should book this hotel as I did see some views which concerned me a bit. However, i m very satisfied with Rydges world square. I booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms are big enough for us and reasonably clean. The breakfast is not bad. I like the yogurt with nuts. You can get $10 credit each night if you don’t request housekeeping service and place the green sign on the door. That’s for good or drinks. The staffs are very friendly. I will come back again for sure.

The hotel located in a heart of downtown and commercial area. If you vsit Sydney first time, you will find eating,shopping and local transpotation easily. Also rooms are new deco. ,good facilities and reasonable price. I must stay Rydges World Square Hotel when I come back as business trip to Sydney again.

Fantastic room and location. Breakfast not to hotel standard”

My hubby and I stay in Sydney frequently but I don't think Ive stayed at Rydges WS before. So was keen to try it out on a recent get away with my mum and daughter. We loved the room (which was a family room with a connecting door) and the location of Rydges World Square and were happy to purchase the breakfast package but the breakfast situation was very disappointing. The hotel rooms, lobby and layout is of a high standard so why have you compromised with your below par breakfast layout? Staff are friendly mostly but no one shows you to your table, you have to get your own cutlery, there is no proper coffee included (most good hotels will include this) and as it is held in a partitioned function area, it feels very makeshift. What a shame because this hotel would have been top of my list for future visits. Might skip the breakfast next time. Location is superb with many dining and entertainment options close-by. Room was very quiet too.

Our stay at Rydges was very relaxing and the rooms were exceptional. The king bed was the comfiest bed I have slept on and the location is within walking distance to all the CBD attractions. Will be coming back to Rydges world square next visit to Sydney for sure!

Top notch”

We booked to stay at Rydges World Square only a couple of days before we were due to leave for Sydney. The rate was reasonable at 129 NZD. We stayed on the 15th floor, although in reality this was actually about the 4th floor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spotless and the bed ensured we had one of the best sleeps we'd had in a while. It would have been nice to have the sky food channel. There is a fantastic place for breakfast next door, but buffet breakfast at the hotel was equally as nice. I've never had a buffet where they made up fresh fruit smoothies and you were able to order a cappucino (not mochas unfortunately). Room service dessert was great, but as with everything in Sydney, expensive. All in all, we'd stay there again.

If you are looking for a place in the center of Sydney that is within a very short walking distance to Chinatown (for a fantastic culinary treat), Hyde Park (for a relaxing stroll or a brisk jog), the entertainment centers (like Capitol Theatre - for "Wicked!"), and a host of shopping centers (like the "QVB Mall"), then the Rydges World Square Hotel comes highly recommended. It probably give s the best value-for-money in all the hotels around the city center of Sydney. The Sydney Monorail even has a terminal located in the same building as the hotel.

Great location, clean room and friendly staffs”

The hotel is located on one of main streets of Sydney CBD and most of all popular spots and shopping areas are in walking distances. Moreover the World Square is just below the hotel building so you are able to enjoy all different gourmet foods of restaurants as day and night. Bedding was so comfortable, and gym facility was all new and well set up. Although noise from the street annoyed me but it was understandable as I stayed on the main street. Definitely would choose here for my accommodation if I visit this city again.

I booked 3 nights at rydges world square. The rooms were clean, bathroom huge, and the onsite resteraunt was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in the centre of sydney within 1/2hrs walking distance of all major attractions!

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Rydges World Square. We arrived before 12 noon and when we checked-in at the front desk, we were informed that our room is ready! I appreciate having able to freshen up and settle-in before we went out for lunch and sightseeing. The hotel is centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants and a supermarket. For first time visitors, it was easy to get around the city from the hotel. It's walking distance to the train station and bus stops. The staff are also very helpful when we were asking for directions. My husband loved the comfy bed. It's big enough for our family of 3. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 days, and really loved our experience staying at Rydges World Square. Great location, close to everything. Service was great, and we enjoyed Sydney very much, thanks to Mr Salvador, the Concierge Manager, who assisted us in some tour packages.

Basic and affordable accommodation in the CBD”

Comfortable stay at Rydges World Square with 3 other friends - the room was clean and included all the amenities we needed though perhaps a little small for 4 adults. Reasonable price considering location. Used Valet Parking for $60 which is comparable with other hotels in the CBD.

I am so pleased of booking my son and his friends for a 21st birthday celebration night. Even at the last minute, we were able to book them in to stay in cbd, had a wonderful buffet breakky and awesome time together. Great service and love the fact that there was accommodations for the group at the last minute! Thanks Rydges World Square for making the boys special night amazing....something they will always remember!

I am staying 3nights in rydges world square.. the hotel was good.. clean.. and have a great location.. which is next to world square mal which offers food and shop.. The hotel located in central city of sydney.. so everything is walking distance.. the staff was great.. definitely would go back to this hotel if i have another business meeting in sydney...

We enjoyed our Stay at Rydges World Square Sydney Hotel where we stayed for five days and four nights. The location of Rydges World sydney hotel is very strategic and very close to transportaion, attractions, Hyde Park, shopping malls, restaurants, pubs and groceries. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable and the lobby was very inviting.

Wonderful stay with friendly, attentive staff”

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 day break at Rydges World Square. Large comfortable room with a pillow menu and Sanctum toiletries. Check in and out was lightening fast and the staff were wonderful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout while we went for lunch etc. Room was very clean and quiet considering it's city corner location. Close to Chinatown, great restaurants and all city attractions. We walked to the Art gallery and Surry Hills with no problems. Looking forward to returning soon.

Decent choice for Sydney”

1. Location: very central, from here you can go anywhere, literally. And looks like you can access Rydges from different doors leading to different street which is totally awesome. Its right beside the World Square mall so TONSSSS of good food and shops and a super market right there Nothing beats this convenience !!! 2. Price: reasonable compared to the heaping prices of hotels in Sydney and the location and convenience. I also got a random deal from Agoda so it was great 3. Room: spacious, comfy bed which i totally loveeeee. Everything was modern and relatively new. Had some minor issue with the funny bathroom door but it was okay, a guy showed up quickly to help me out. Recommended!

the location of the hotel is very convenient. the breakfast menu is pretty standard nothing special but don't worry the hotel is in the middle of everything (shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, take aways, street foods, etc.), 10 minutes walk to the darling harbour, 10 minutes walk to the china town and paddys market, and other good things is that they have international staffs who are very helpful and friendly, me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the rydges world square.
