A spacious house which strategicly located nearby to Arau Train Station , Uitm Arau, Unimap main campus, Politeknik . A very safe and calming neighboorhood which guest may feel extraordinaryly far from busy hectic life in town. House may accomodate 11 guests at one time as extra single bed provided. Restaurant and mall are only 2minutes drive.

Our unit had 3 bedrooms
1) Room 1 (upstairs ): 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress
2)Room 2 ( upstairs ) : 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress
3) Room 3 ( downstairs ) : 1 queen bed + 1 single mattress

All rooms had air conditioned & ceiling fan

    “Great place to stay with huge family ”

    Check in is very easy..once place booking can watsapp the owner..and he will provide the details after u paid the deposit. The house is double story. So its huge. I go with 4 family at one time..in total 11 adult 6 kids..still comfortable. 2 room upstairs and 1 room downstairs. All room complete with fan and air-conditioning. 1 air conditioner in living room. Also provide extra pillow and blanket in each room but better to bring ur own blanket coz the blanket supply is very thin and its cold middle night. Easy to find place to eat and express laundry as its nearby only. All in all its great place to stay!

    “Homestay lovina yg best”

    Rumah yang besar. Mmg sesuai utk trip keluarga yang besar. Bilik yang lengkap aircond. Semua kelengkpan ada didapur. Xyah pening nak masak air. 3 in 1 pun disediakan. Nakgi makan di Arau pun dekat. Mmg amat berpuas hati. Boleh book lagi.
