This is the second time I visit this hotel. *Breakfast: Just qualified. If you have better choice, don't pick the breakfast. Please save the budget. *Room: Nice and comfortable. The room was not large but enough and comfortable. *Entertainment: TV was boring. Maybe go around and take a walk.

Classy Boutique Hotel ”
A 3-single-bed room, it’s spacious enough to fit in three of us without feeling cramped. We stayed for 2 nights and we were satisfied with the cleanliness and services provided. Very good value for money!

Good place to stay”
The place is a good area to stay. Clean place. Great staff, I love the smile on their faces, they are also very supportive with luggage storage especially that we are attending wedding nearby. Short walk to convenient stores and restaurants. Hotel breakfast nicely served in boxes, delicious food for Beef, chicken and kids meal. The area which needs improvement I think is the cabinet (for clothes). We chose a deluxe family room but it has no cabinet. Mirror is at the bathroom only. Our friends who also booked for a separate deluxe room has a room mirror but their cabinet is very small for a small group or family.

Away from the main area”
A distance from the main shopping feng jia night market. Parking was one of the plus points with a basement and parking behind the carpark. One of the rare hotels in Taiwan with a washing machine, staff was helpful to help me heat up my food with the microwave in the restaurant kitchen. However, hotel room was relatively small and room wasn’t as clean as expected. Booking was also expensive as it was the weekends.

It was provided good breakfast and services. Toilet not enough Hook to hand clothes. The Hotel Very Clean . It was a bit far from MRT. Near by 蓬甲 about 30 to 45 minutes walking distance . Overall is Good.

Really needs to work on soundproofing. I can hear water run through pipelines and noise from next door. The buffet breakfast was mediocre, with a limited selection and tables cramped. The lobby smells good and it's nice to lounge around there sipping complimentary coffee. Staff are friendly.

Terrible Customer Service”
Untrained personnel. NOT qualified to work at hotels. Keeping troubles to customers instead of helping. There is no communication from front desk/reception with restaurant. Unnecessary regulations of accepting customers to have breakfast even if room initially didn't include it. Totally unprofessional staff, they don't speak English at all!

We stayed 5 nights here. Pros- 1. Pretty room, beautiful bathtub and Japanese style lavatory 2. Walking distance to fengjia night market 3. Friendly staff 4. Toiletries provided are of good quality Cons- 1. Breakfast selection is limited 2. Function room and gym is still under construction 3. No Swimming pool if you are looking for one

Experience Ridiculous thing Ever in this hotel”
I stayed more than 300days in many hotels around the world due to biz trip.. but It’s 1st time to experience ridiculous thing in this hotel. First of all, I chose double deluxe room with one king bed, but when I lied on the bed, middle of bed was so stiffness. felt very uncomfortable. When I checked on the bottom of bed, I found 2 small beds were combined.. that’s so weird. I requested to change room and accepted it. Second, When I was naked in my room after shower, I lied on the bed to relax. But suddenly, my room was opened by one woman staff even I pressed ‘Do NOT Disturb’. She saw my naked body.... I was very very embarrassed. I don’t know why she ignores ‘DND’ and suddenly open my room without knocking or bell even I didn’t order anything.. (still wondering why she comes to my room..) I felt so terrible.. never experienced ever. Lastly, my colleague room was on 10th floor, when I visited there, I could smell stinky something in his room. He was also annoying about that.
