Modern stylish hotel with good service and fantastic breakfasts”

We chose Roseate House mainly because of its close proximity to the airport and the rooftop pool. It's just 1 stop on the metro from the Airport (20 rupees) and then just a short 5 minute walk from the station to the hotel. A journey into Delhi is around 15 - 20 minutes and the metro is by far the quickest, most comfortable (new/modern a/c carriages), cleanest and cheapest route into the city - do not be persuaded to take a car, the traffic is horrendous! The rooftop pool is great providing there are no more than 3 - 4 people using it as it is quite narrow. It’s a great setting, with loungers, plants to give a bit of shade/greenery, fantastic clean changing rooms with lockers (activated by your room card) as well as a plush looking spa and sauna (not used). There is also a small bar and cafe area on the roof from where you can sit and watch at a distance as planes take off and land (aircraft noise really not an issue). This has got to be the most secure, luxurious, welcoming, quiet, and spacious hotel I’ve ever stayed at at any price. It’s no wonder it has the highest rating of any hotel in Delhi. (If you play your cards right you can sometimes book a room here at little more than you might pay for a small hole in the wall hotel on the streets of downtown Delhi!) Roseate House is located near the Holiday Inn in AeroCity, almost four kilometers from Terminal 2/3. It is where most luxurious hotels are located in a very nice, VERY secure area in Delhi. And if you prefer to venture to the more everyday life in Delhi, the local restaurants and small shops are about a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Beyond excellence in a Delhi airport hotel”

Roseate House at Aerocity New Delhi airport is beautiful, both the rooms and facilities. Cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are professional and warm, not overdoing, and not underdoing. The food is spectacular. The chief pastry chef who supervises the pastries is a master. The Area General Manager makes sure all is running smoothly. I continue to stay here due to its beyond excellence for an airport hotel.

Wise decision”

I've been to Delhi a number of times and stayed at the same hotel. This time I decided to have a change and chose the Roseate House Hotel Aerocity. A very wise choice. I just cannot fault the hotel. Relatively new. Clean Friendly front of house team. Rooms are to be experienced. Food good. What more can one ask for.The Aerocity area is pleasant to walk in. The bar near the hotel had the local Liverpool v Everton derby on about 30 screens. Even 2 in the gents. ;-) All in all Enjoyed my stay with you and in the words of Arnie "I'll be back"

Great Hotel, Even Better Service”

I stayed at the Roseate Houes for 3 nights while in Delhi for some work. The hotel is wonderful with well appointed clean rooms. Check-in was smooth and quick and the rooms were of a good size. My room had a king sized bed with a bathtub and shower area. Breakfast has a good spread with good quality fruits, breads as well as hot breakfast. I really had a great stay and would definitely look at staying at the Roseate House again on my next visit to Delhi.

Awesome hotel close to airport”

I really enjoyed my stay at Roseate House New Delhi. The airport transfer worked perfectly. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delightful with many choices of food and drink. There's also a food court next door that offers inexpensive options for lunch or dinner.

Contemporary and luxurious hotel!”

Roseate is very modern with a contemporary style. We loved our short stay with them. They made everything convenient for us during our stay from the complimentary 2 way airport transfer to the complimentary cake and bouquet of flowers for my Mom for her late birthday celebration. We also received a box of macaroons as a farewell gift. Thank you Roseate for an unforgettable stay and we hope to see you soon upon our return to New Delhi.

Great Hotel, luxury by the airport”

We reserved two rooms at the Roseate House, while traveling from Vancouver to dehli and onward to Agra. The hotel arranged a vehicle to pick us up which was very clean and comfortable. Our driver was also a pleasure and was waiting for us on arrival (even though we were held up in customs for over 2 hours). The rooms were spacious, clean and new. We also booked a massage at Aheli, they accommodated us at a very late hour and the service was great. The breakfast included was also good, has a nice selection of European/North American and Indian. Our only minor note is the pool, it is not heated and is located right next to a resturaunt which can make swimming a little awkward as diners look on. Other than that, there is also a large food court complex next door! All around, we will be back Roseate house.

It was good but didn't quite live up to expectation”

We were at one day stayover at Delhi on the way to Uzbekistan. We decided to try Roseate House considering the big hype about this hotel. Despite booking months in advance upon arrival we got to know there is no king size bed available. We agreed to join the twin bed. However, they did not even join the bed properly. There was no difference between joining or keeping it separate. We stayed at a number of hotels like this and I cannot say their room was the best. It was clean and good, but we stayed at better room elsewhere. I am not saying it was bad, but it does not justify the big hype. The same goes for breakfast, it was ample and delicious but not the best. I love their gym. It was impressive. I must say their location is excellent. My wife and I loved the surrounding area of the hotel. In a nutshell, we were expecting one of the best experiences of our life but our experience was just average 5 star.

Throughout my business trip stays, Roseat House Stay was the best one. They had airport pick up and drop facility. And the vehicle for pick up and drop was BMW. I loved this. As soon I reached hotel, people over their welcome me and directly took into to room and handed over the punch card of the room. Not even second I had waited in Reception for formalities. They were soo quick. For me Kanika was assisted to abt the room. She explain each and every thing abt the Roseat. One more, Breakfast was awesome. I never had a breakfast like this. So many of variety food for breakfast. Swimming pool is at roof top. Even this was cool. Coming to business assets, they had given me a 10mbps high speed Internet facility. Room has a desk to keep laptop and all other assets. All type of international charging ports. Notepads and pensils. To get refreshed they had kept fresh apples inside the room. So this was the very best and memorable stay.

This hotel is very very very nice and chic. Staff could not be more helpful and room was gorgeous., Made a mistake with my airline ticket and realized I came to the airport 12 hours too early. Nobody would want to stay at the New Delhi waiting for a plane for 12 hours if they could get a GREAT hotel room for the small sum of $55 a night not including breakfast. Pool was very beautiful and refreshing. If I needed an airport hotel this would be my go to hotel This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in India. I give it a 5 star deluxe rating.,

Exceeded my expectations”

This has been an amazing 4 day stay at Roseate House. Best hotel stay ever, it felt like a stay in a resort. You can see from the very beginning that there is a theme behind the concept of the hotel. The design of the rooms and common areas are exactly at the pictures show it. It is very close to the airport and it is especially quiet. Practically no city noise at all. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by super friendly staff and engulfed in a mesmerizing Jasmine scent. I arrived around 3:30am and the staff was very attentive and did the check-in in my own room. The rooms are extremely comfortable and super clean. The amenities (infinity pool on 6th floor and the spa are great plus). I would like to thank in particular to Vinay who went beyond my expectations and made sure I get a breakfast package for my trip to Agra. Also to Radna, the restaurant hostess for being such a lovely presence every morning. I hope I can return.

Excellent property. From location to whole service and staff attention was very professional ”

Everything was PROS in this hotel. Since the time we walked in we were treated very well. Mr. Bharat ( Front Desk)gave us a very kind and profesional welcome . We asked for a late check out and it was granted. Mr. Bharat took us to the room to make sure everything was fine. The room was amazing . All amenities were there. Cleanliness is super!!!! Breakfast was incredible. There are all kind of food from Indian , American and European. Everything was delicious. Room service was excellent also. I have stayed in several hotels in Delhi and this is far the BEST one. Highly recommend. Location is perfect less than 10’ from the airport. No noise of airplanes in hotel at all. I will sure come back to this property in my next visit to Delhi.

Good proximity to the airport but lacking in genuine customer satisfaction.”

This is a very nice hotel which is perfect proximity for the airport for both the business and leisure traveller and has a little bit to explore on foot (if you are willing to risk the poor air quality) on it's door step however whilst the staff were very friendly they paid (at best) lip service to feedback I gave on 1. having to walk to all three restaurants (which are on different floors) in order to decide on where to dine - why not have all three menu's available at reception? and 2. clear lack of interest when I attempted to discuss the hotels use of plastic. A hotel such as Roseate House New Delhi has a huge responsibility in leading the way in rescuing our planet from our over use of the substance. The staff I spoke with clearly didn't care and didn't even pretend to when I raised the subject with them - very disappointing.

We stayed at the Roseate for our first night in Delhi and it was a wonderful first impression. The bed was comfortable, the service attentive, and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. I would definitely recommend The Roseate House to a friend.

Best Value for Money”

Was again trip to Delhi and this time i had opted Roseate House. Staff had cooperated me in easy check in and was very friendly and helpful. Big and Lavish room. Bathroom Shower was bit uncomfortable due to short door which cant avoid poor pressured shower spillage outside. Breakfast was quite good spread and attentive staff was eager to serve. Lobby was quite noisy with the local guests without paying heed towards the fellow guest about the nuisance management have scope to bring more comfort by taking this into notice. Located very next to World Mark happening place.

Great hotel close to airport”

Pros: Closely located to airport/ metro. Can avoid dreadly Delhi traffic. Hotel is very clean and all the staff members were friendly. Rooms are well sized and furnished. Amenities in the room were great as well. Loved the touch of keeping fresh apples at every elevator was a good touch; this made me have an apple each time I left the elevator. Cons: Employees at the gate should treat the customers entering the hotel by foot in a friendly way. Having an exceptional food court and delhi central in the adjacent building, I tried shopping there and each time on entering the building by foot, I was questioned about what my duties here were. After showing my room card, I was allowed in. Staff must be open to guests using public transportation as well (especially when the metro is just a couple of blocks away). The Indian mentality of entering a star hotel complex by car each time has to be removed.

Excellent Hotel that's under explored”

Roseate impressed me in every way they could. Food, staff and the business infrastructure they had were excellent. Their staff were more courteous than those at ITC. Definitely a recommended place for quick business trips nearby Delhi Airport.

Truly Awesome”

From the moment we arrived we felt exceptionally welcome. The front desk staff made our checkin a breeze and privdd just the right amount of information . The hotel is very beautiful - love the story concept. Our room was spacious, clean, with lovely modern decor. The rooftop deck and lounge area were so relaxing and the pedicure in the spa was the best I’ve ever had. The dining here was also amazing - with great Indian and non-Indian selections. Whether you choose to take the metro or hire a car, access to Delhi’s many must-see places is dead easy and it’s nice to escape back to the quiet and luxury of the Roseate. Aerocity, where the Roseate is located, made for some enjoyable shopping as well. Easy to recommend the Roseate.
