5-star hotel with 6-star service, staff are all smiling and attentive. The drinks in the hotel lobby are delicious. The infinity pool and lobby are very picturesque. You can get all the restaurant maps of Ayana and I highly recommend the Italian food at Sami Sami. You can also enjoy the sea breeze and sea view by the beach. The Rock Bar is really crowded, so make sure to book in advance. Fortunately, the hotel can meet the needs of guests in advance. You can book the time to go to the Rock Bar at the front desk. The pool is a particularly good experience. I swam a few times and it was very clean and quiet. It is especially suitable for vacations and couples trips, a very chill experience~

I booked a 5-night stay for my honeymoon with breakfast included for about 260,000 won per night. Even though I booked the cheapest room, they upgraded me to a higher level, probably because it was my honeymoon. I requested a high floor and they assigned me to one. They gave me a flower necklace and ginger tea at check-in. I left a honeymoon message and they brought me chocolates to the room shortly after check-in. The room had two towel swans with roses, which was really nice. The resort is very spacious, so you have to take a shuttle bus to get around. They give you a map at check-in and the shuttle comes every 5 minutes. There are two hotel buildings in the resort, and we were assigned to the Rumba and Wanna buildings. The Rumba building has the advantage of having facilities like the breakfast hall attached, which is convenient, but it's crowded and not well soundproofed. The Wanna building, also known as East Rumba, has the advantage of being very quiet, but Grab drivers only know the Rumba building, so we had to explain. We had to go to the Rumba building for breakfast as well. However, the distance between the two buildings is very close, so it's okay to walk for less than 5 minutes. Anyway, we were satisfied with both the Rumba and Wanna buildings!! The staff were all very friendly, and there were many swimming pools and restaurants in the resort, so even though it was a 5-night stay, it wasn't boring, and we enjoyed each swimming pool. The map they gave us didn't have the swimming pools marked, so we used the app to check the map. The room was cleaned twice a day, in the afternoon and evening, so we had a very clean stay. Every time they cleaned the room, they made towel elephants and rabbits, which was so cute. At check-in, they gave us a map guide with a QR code, which allowed us to log in as guests and use the resort app. We could request anything through the chat, and they responded quickly, which was very convenient (because it's hard to understand Balinese English pronunciation, chatting was easier). I think it's one of the resorts that you must visit! The staff are very friendly, and there are various experiential activities and delicious breakfasts. All the facilities are great, and it's the most memorable place during my trip to Bali :) My recommendation is to stay for 3 nights and 4 days, as 2 nights and 3 days might be too short. Also, note that you can use all the facilities under the same conditions even if you stay in the more affordable RIMBA.

If you don't want to plan any itinerary, I highly recommend staying at Ayana Resort. There are many beautiful swimming pools inside, from the main pool to the beachside pool, or the river pool in the villa area. Even if you don't swim, you can relax and enjoy a cocktail on the side. The resort is very large and there is a shuttle bus that can take you to various attractions within the resort for free. Even if you stay at RIMBA, you can take a walk to the luxurious villa area to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It is recommended to add breakfast, as there are 3-4 places in the resort where you can enjoy breakfast. The international cuisine is well-prepared, abundant and delicious. It is a resort worth visiting again.

Ayana is a massive resort located in jimbaran. Has multiple dining and room options. We stayed in RIMBA, which was the lesser expensive option amongst all the ayana stays. You can get around the resort in trams which was very convenient. The resort has soo much to offer that plan to stay within and explore the resort which will take 2 days minimum. Soo many pools and dining options to choose from. The Kubu beach is easily accessible by a lift and offers breathtaking views. The dining options were a bit pricey, but there are soo many restaurants within 10-15 minutes from the resort. The cleanliness is top notch, the staff are soo warm, hospitable. They’re the best part of the resort, always with a warm smile and service was quick and efficient. Kudos to the entire hospitality staff in ayana. Would definitely recommend people visiting ayana to stay for a minimum of 2 nights.
